Eddie is a great bartender. Always attentive. The white pizza is one of the best I've had. We haven't had a bad meal yet. We really enjoy the Barrel Room. All the staff is great. They have a huge selection of tequila, whisky, and scotch. If you can find something to drink here it would be shocking. They also have a nice wine selection.During the week it's a nice place to relax after a busy work day. Fridays tend to be a little busy but not crazy. We come here often.

Burger was ok but overpriced- brisket was an embarrassment with fatty meat and not at all tender like a brisket should be. Waitperson took our order for 4 people but only 3 meals came to the table. I had to wait while the other 3 people in my party ate - uncomfortably. Not a place I recommend. It was not busy so I can't excuse the lack of attention. No offers to refill drinks. Didn't even have napkins or silverware till we ASKED for them. Great disappointment.

State 48 on bell road in Suprise Has been broken/down not cooling for 2 weeks per employees I'm sitting at the bar now finishing my beer and will leave for a cooler restaurant. I came in the other day with a co worker and decided to try this place out for lunch. Love that this place has an indoor and outside seating area. It also has a bar you can come after work as well to enjoy some drinks. The staff was pleasant to work with and the service was accommodating. I tried the Brisket sandwich that came with cheddar cheese, Jalapeños and a side of fries. I was expecting a great sandwich since I love brisket but the meat was a bit dry for me. It didn't have that fresh taste to it as I was expecting. The fries were good and the overall experience was okay. I'll give this place another try if I'm in the area to see how the other food items taste like. Thank you again!

This place is great! the food, the service, the BEER! We had the fish & chips with the Taste of Freedom IPA, just delicious! Large, cool, and comfortable interior. We are new residents in Surprise and this is our new favorite place!

We had a very large party here for diner so they put us in the back room. The cocktail menu and food menu were pretty good!We ordered a ton of appetizers and everyone ordered great meals. The waitress was on top of it and was hustling. Great place for dinner!

Ate here for the first time and I'm glad we did. The service was great and the food amazing. To start, we ordered buffalo cauliflower and buffalo chicken dip which were great. I didn't think I'd like the the buffalo cauliflower as much as I did but I'll def get it again. We also started with a flight of 5 sampler. I found out I'm an Ale/Lager girl so I picked samples from that section We order the pizza for the kiddos and they tore it up. Hubby and I shared fish and chips and the fig and prosciutto pizza. Delish! High recommend it Overall, will def come back again

I loved my experience at this location. My server was so inviting , welcomed us with water and introduced himself. We ordered some drinks and our waiter could tell we were there to have a good time! He was very personable and very attentive. We ordered The State 48 Burger. It was cooked perfect! Fry's everything was right out of the kitchen. Presentation was awsome! It melted in our mouth! The portions are big so I cut mine in half and ate it the next day and it still was amazing! I highly recommend Broc our sever and thank him for giving us amazing service and a great time! Thank you Broc.
