Starboba Tea & Cafe

We've ordered delivery from them before as well and loved their other creations! - Not a fan of the yogurt smoothie, it was too icy & too sweet. I was imagining a yogurt Lassi type of drink - I Love their Creme Brûlée & Taro drink! Get it with 50% sugar or else can be super sweet! - Taro Milk Tea is also great, also with 50% sugar.

Not good. Overly sweet artificial powdered drinks. Everything is powdered even the choices of milks.. We ordered 3 taro boba with non dairy milk. They didn't have boba yet so the girl offered taro boba...which we got crunchy jelly in our drinks, what is that?! Definitely not boba lolWas charged extra for the non dairy powder and the "taro boba"..so nearly $9 for each drink and they weren't even larges just a regular size. Unreal.Service is sadly slow too.

Delicious Boba and good atmosphere for just hanging out. Service was friendly and accommodating when asking questions about sweetness levels and different flavors

The Black Milk Tea taste is as expected and on par with any other serious tea place. The Jasmine milk tea was not as expected. It's taste was more similar to a black tea than jasmine and had a nutty taste which isn't bad if you like Hojicha tea. The Crystal boba was good. Despite arriving around noon, the boba was either overcooked or sat from the day prior. The outside was already melted and smooshy; the inside didn't have any bounce to it. If I was in the area, I'd come back but I'd try something different; I wouldn't drive a long distance.The interior is well thought out with a good amount of seating. Updated. We came in yesterday and ordered 5 drinks. Most of the drink had hard tapioca. The other two drink wasn't sweet and they added a topping which didn't ask for. Probably wouldn't come back

We were excited to try this "new to us" boba spot and were 100% disappointed. Service was excruciatingly slow- 45 min for 4 drinks? Customer service was virtually non existent. Taste was mediocre- "fresh fruit" smoothie tasted as if it were all milk tea powder, large chunks of ice left in the smoothie, and boba stuck together with some partially cooked textures. With a price point like theirs, you should expect a quality boba experience.Uncomfortable service experience, "expensive for the quality you get" drinks... not a place we'll go back to.

We were craving some boba and stumbled on this corner spot. We ordered 2 of the top 10 on their menu. They had a bunch of selection and deserts. Unfortunately they didn't have a chicken sandwich options and they could accommodate the no pork sandwich. They have some cool games on the table, it's more like a hang out place for afternoon kids. Overall it was ok. Probably go back to try a different drink

Not sure if I'd want to come back here anymore, to be honest. Their menu is pretty confusing - there would be drinks that have toppings "included", which one would assume that the price you see is the flat rate for that drink with the toppings included. But if you order the drink by name, they add additional costs per topping, if that makes sense. Why not just take off the toppings "included" in the name?I ordered the Starboba milk tea today and it was very lackluster. It tasted really watered down and the boba was bland and super clumpy. On top of that, the drink was over $8 after tax. Super pricy and not worth it.

The drinks were very artificial and TOO sweet even though it was 50% sugar, Some of the boba was hard and some were soft. The watermelon milk tasted SUPER artificial and powdery. Service was okay & ambiance was good but the games and toys were extremely dirty.
