Stan's Donuts

Much better Stan's location than the other ones close by. This is located inside a small food hall so there are plenty of seating available. We were here for St Patrick's day weekend and I loved all the cute green themed donuts. They also serve breakfast items besides the obvious donuts. Friendly employees even during one of the most busiest holidays for Chicago. We ordered the breakfast burrito and a side of hash browns. Delicious! Portion is big enough for one person...I wouldn't suggest sharing unless you just want a light snack. This was our go-to every morning while visiting. It's close by to The Riverwalk, Chicago River and other main attraction points here in the city.

The donuts are just all right but the prices are too high. Service wasn't too friendly. I went here because it was across the street from my hotel. Maybe the other locations are better.

Popped in to check out this food court and saw the tempting treats at Stan's. So after a quick scan of the selection we chose a blueberry old fashioned donut. It was very tasty. Not cheap but not as outrageous as some of the fancy donut shops in downtown Chicago.I would search them out again.

I have passed by this spot a few times, but I finally had time to stop. I had the birthday cake donut, and my husband had the PB&J donut. The cake donut was soft in the middle and was smothered in a crisp white icing with sprinkles. It was large and sweet, so I only ate half. I enjoyed a small cappuccino with it. My husband enjoyed the PB&J. He said it wasn't too sweet, and it was a generous size. Unlike me, he ate his whole donut. The place was busy with what seemed like students and locals. Loyola University is nearby as well as shops.

I stopped here for a midday latte (and a doughnut). The location was fairly busy but the line moved quickly enough. It was counter service and they called you when your order was completed. While the line moved quick enough to checkout, the wait for the order was a bit more. To be honest it feels like they were a bit overwhelmed the time I was there. There was seating inside, but again, it was packed......for me, Togo was the right way for this place. The latte was decent, I have no complaints, but not anything special. The doughnuts at Stan are all pretty basic. I had a chocolate covered one that was tasty, but definitely basic. My guess is that this place is pretty consistent and see,ms to Ben a good choice we if you are looking for a reliable coffee and doughnuts.

Phenomenal service! The main reason I keep coming back is because of the high quality service & the way the take care of my orders. Recently went and they made my coffee to sweet/creamy so they gave me a mini coffee to even it out. So thoughtful without me even asking. This location is in the UrbanSpace Food Court and definitely worth stopping be here. Even if you work by, might even be worth trying every day before work. I really wish I got the employees name that helped me out because I would give her a shoutout but I did let her know that she made my day & it's the small things that matter. I visited here on my first day in Chicago. This place wasn't too far in walking distance from my hotel. I was very pleased with my visit. Staff was very friendly! I engaged one of them in conversation about their donuts and the history of Stan's Donuts. I learned that this is a major chain in Chicago. However, they started out in Los Angeles before moving into Chicago.This Stan's location is located in a nice food court. It sits right on a Main Street in downtown Chicago. They have a very nice selection of donuts to choose from. Better quality than your average donut chain. I ordered a Vegan Chocolate Donut and a regular Glazed Donut. I also ordered a decaf latte. The latte went very well with the donuts.I sat at the front window and enjoyed my donuts while people watching. It was a bit noisy this day inside but I didn't allow it to interfere with my nice experience at Stan's. Donuts weren't dry. They tasted fresh. Chocolate icing was really good on the vegan donut. They're reasonably priced as well.What made this experience better was the quality customer service I received here. Management is doing a fantastic job! Keep up the good work! I would definitely return here if ever in Chicago again. I recommend checking out Stan's for quality donuts. I speculate a lot of businesses purchase dozens of donuts to bring to the office.

Great addition in a food hall, Urbanspice. Dessert and coffee after a meal what more you can ask for. Love their blueberry cream cheese filled donut. And they had some interesting cold brews on tap. Compliments the other restaurants quite well.Person at the location was nice enough to let me sample the barrel aged cold brew since people either love it or hate. Really helpful in explaining some questions I had about their coffee.

I love everything about this place! It's a must-get when you're in Chicago. Service was great and since it was our first time, it took us a minute to figure out which flavors to get. We opted for the old fashioned blueberry donut (frosting was super sweet compared to the Krispy Kreme version), strawberry bismark (dough is super soft with tons of filling) and apple fritter (lots of cinnamon). Their coffee pairs well with all of the donuts we got as well.

It's good for quick coffee or donut.There is a restroom that you can use with the code in the receipt. There are plenty of tables to air and during your coffee.
