The area was kinda sketchy, dude out front was half naked. We walked in and no one was there a table of people were staring at us and said someone would be with us. Apparently one of them worked there. The guy who took our order was extremely friendly and helpful. FYI, all of the burgers come with fries even though it does say so. There's definitely more bun than burger. The burger was okay. The fries were super salty and the shake was really thin. The oddest and biggest problem was nothing was hot everything was just barely warm. $2 for a can of soda or a Costco water. A bunch of gnats were all over the trash/recycle bins. This was definitely a One and done. The extra star is literally just because the guy taking orders was just really nice and informative.

Amazing service, great food. Love the happy hour deals! $5 for a burger and big basket of fries between 2-4. Good deal all around and good choices for the soda fountain.

Food was absolutely delicious and would definitely would try again! This place is perfect if you like to try new flavors. I understand a few problems like the nats by the garbage or lack of decoration because they just recently moved into this location. Other than that the service is amazing extremely fast paced and friendly workers.

We've been wanting to try this since they open in this location, but Yelp keeps giving me the wrong hours. They are closed Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays made a detour and waste of time because Yelp has the wrong hours listed.

The stacks food truck was in our neighborhood last night. That's Grand Firs, located in Graham. we had immediate service, which was great. It didn't take any time at all to get the food. We drove home, approximately half a mile, and found the food was cold. So very disappointed.

This was my first time trying their storefront after having stumbled upon their food truck one day. I loveee the burgers here, I did feel like it took longer here then at the food truck but it still came out hot and fresh. The portion sizes are perfect and the maple bacon aioli is the besttt sauce. I was skeptical at first but it compliments the burger and bacon slices so so well. I do wish that the storefront was a little more homey, it just makes it feel a little awkward since it's so quiet in there. It also took a while for our order to get taken, it seemed like the workers didn't know how to multitask and were just doing one single task at a time. If the traveling food truck was closer to me then I would choose to go there instead.

Had their burgers today at the DuPont market and it got me sick. The burger had a different taste.im wondering if anyone else got sick. I'm also pregnant so a little concerned.

I got to try their burger and fries for $5 during the Taste NW event. It was the best bang for my bucks. Plenty of fries which I love and the burger was tasty with bacon too!Ordering was quick and easy. They accepted credit card payment. Friendly atmosphere and a good vibe overall. I would totally visit their location in Tacoma and try out other items if I'm ever in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised when I came at a prime time that they had our burgers ready in a very timely fashion. And they had a lot of people standing in line.Food was great, as well as the service.

Hand crafted??? Maybe hand assembled, ain't nothing crafted about these burgers. Flat McDonald style meat. Not worth the price in my opinion.
