This burger was so good. Note that it's a tall stack. I had to squish the buns together to make this bite-able.

Ordered from the food truck. Spent $20, and had a sandwich and fries that were both the most minimal amount of food possible. About 6 slices of tiny steak, in a huge bun. Not worth the price, wouldn't have even been happy if it was $10.After taking a bite, it is freezing cold as if it wasn't even warmed up. Threw it in the trash. Don't waste your time here.

I found Stacks food truck parked at BECU in Tukwila one day and thought I'd try them. Not sure how often they are here but it was a good find. It was sometime in December so it was definitely freezing. I had just finished paying and they already got my order ready for me!! It was my first time here and wasn't sure what to get. I asked the guy taking my order what he suggests and he asked me if I'm pretty adventurous and recommended "THE KING" burger. Not reading what was on it, I just said yes.. after he put in my order, I read that it actually had raspberry jam and peanut butter!! He said that usually throws people off but to just try it. I was not disappointed! It was for sure weird at first but it made the burger very flavorful and not dry. Also, FRIES!!! Who doesn't love burger with fries?!

Service was great - I'm just not enthralled by the vegetarian option here. The portobello mushrooms were nicely sautéed but they didn't seem to be the equivalent of an actual burger patty being between the bun. The sauce was similar to that of In 'n Out burger - a watery thousand island orange sauce. The fries were good though nothing to write home about. I had rumblings in my tummy for a few hours after eating here - not sure if it's because they grill/cook the mushrooms where they cook the meat (a vegetarian no-no bc of stomach pains!)

This food truck came to Covington a few weeks ago and I meant to leave a review. I am glad I did because my husband and I loved it and the reviews do not represent the experience we had! My husband got the king and says easily it was in his top 5 best burgers of all time. As for price I don't think they're priced any higher than any puget sound burger place.

Honestly, it's just not that good. The two stars are for the convenience of the food truck. The fries were meh too.I asked to add cheese to my burger and they charged $2 for a single slice of cheese...that's just too much.

The Stacks truck was parked outside of a photo convention I attended. This event gave out vouchers for free burgers and I'm very impressed how they were belting out burgers for dozens of people while maintaining friendly service.I stepped up on my turn and ordered a Three Pigs burger - Single patty, lettuce, maple aioli and slices bacon. It was surprisingly sweet and held together nice. Also, a side of fries which are alright, nothing too outstanding.I'd absolutely get burgers from them again, particularly because by the time I approached the truck several of their other specialty burgers were sold out which include "The King" burger which as won an award and features peanut butter and raspberry jam and the "Cryfecta" which includes jalapeno's giving it some spice.Look for Stacks being at an event out of their truck you attend around Seattle.

Stacks burger truck recently came to my neighborhood and it was an okay experience. I ordered a double stack on a gluten free bun and my roommate ordered the The Beast. The double stack consisted of two charred 4 oz patties with tomato, lettuce, and pickles. The gluten free bun was tender but the melted American cheese adhered more to the bun than the burger resulting in the bun oddly falling apart like in large chunks. It was weird. The meat was a bit too charred for my taste so instead of tasting the meat I mostly tasted burnt beef. I know some people love that but I don't particularly. The fries were ok. They were very hot but not notable in any way. They tasted like frozen grocery store fries - nice but unremarkable. My roommate said much of the same for his burger not particularly wowed by it but not necessarily upset with it either. It was ok.

Didn't know Stacks existed until we came to the pumpkin patch. They had a food truck selling different food items and we decided to get 3 little pigs burger which was delicious! Their fries are cooked hot and appear to be hand cut. Everyone loved the burgers and fries!

Stacks has catered two school events for us. This last one was for our staff who could not have been more happy about having a delicious hamburger for lunch! People loved the interesting burger choices and vegetarians were really happy with the Beyond Burger. Fries were also hot and delicious. Stacks staff was super pleasant and food was fast. We love Stacks here! A real crowd pleaser!!
