Fast service. Called ahead for 1 order of steamed pot stickers. They were ready in literally 5 minutes. $10.50. I thoroughly enjoyed them as they were filled with an incredible mixture of meat and seasoning. They filled me up!

A warm, charming, and eclectic decor that feels all the right vibes. The food we got for takeout was delicious and well-balanced. I don't live close but I'm willing to trek to come back again.

It's is set separately in a plaza with Fred Meyer as the anchor. Went for lunch. The place was busy and the food was really tasty. Lots of it too. I saw happy customers. I will be back.

Food is fine. It's hard to enjoy when it lacks the flavor you would find more south coming from San Francisco or Portland. It's okay tasting but at the same time the price point completely ruins the experience. Again finding food with better flavor in another area with great prices would serve you better. Great if you have undeniable craving for this and you can't leave the area.

Bomb ass broth. Top notch service. To go orders always super hot and fresh. Best Pho in greater maple valley area.

I'm new to Maple Valley and just happen to find this place and I'm so glad I did because it's so good! So far Iv tried many dishes and all of them have been delicious! My favorite is the lemongrass spicy pho... amazing! Oh and the grilled pork banh mi is topped off with fried onions makes such a big difference and is honestly one of the best banh mi's Iv ever had! Definitely give this place a try!

My chicken vermicelli bowl was great! Lots of chicken, lots of fresh veg, great flavor. The Mongolian beef was only ok. The flavor could have been more interesting. And better quality meet. The lunch special General Chicken and teriyaki chicken makes an odd combo. That said, the General chicken was crispy and had a great sauce. One of us ordered 3 star, and the other ordered 4 star (out of 5), and they both seemed more like a 2. Really not spicy at all. The fresh rolls are great. But the peanut sauce has little taste. The crab cream cheese wonton are very fun - and real crab!

The pho here is great and very fresh. The spring rolls could use some work/flavor. They only came with 2 shrimp and they were missing mint, the rice paper was also hard. Would not recommend their spring rolls but would recommend their pho.

Excellent and quick service. I enjoyed the pho here. It's much better than others in the area.

I ordered from soor dash very good food and binh mi sandwich was great and filling pho had a lot of meat which was great too very happy with my order and will for sure come agian
