My office has the Foodsby app for rotating daily lunch options folks can order from and Spitz has been on it. Every order has been top notch food.Love the Berliner Doner Wrap, I get it with the beef and lamb. They've read the special instructions memo where I ask to please have no onions and extra cucumbers, if possible. The components are all tasty and fresh, the sauces are delicious, And it's wrapped up tight for the perfect hand-held meal.I've raved about it to my coworkers. My parents live in Billings, MT and there's a spot up there so I've even recommended they try it out up north. Definitely recommend it

Let me tell you, folks, this Street Cart Wrap at Spitz in Tempe is the Michael Bay of doners. It's got enough flavor explosions going on to make your taste buds do a synchronized swim routine.First off, the size. This thing is like a newborn baby wrapped in a tortilla. Hold it wrong and you'll be sporting a sauce beard faster than you can say "lavash wrap." But that's just the beginning of the fun.They cram this sucker full of falafel, chicken, beef, or lamb. Then they throw in a bunch of fresh veggies, tzaziki sauce, and this hot sauce that'll put some fire in your belly (and maybe your nose, depending on your spice tolerance).One bite and you'll be questioning your entire life choices up to that point. "Why have I been eating boring sandwiches all this time?" you'll lament. "This is the food of the gods!" you'll exclaim dramatically to anyone within earshot (just be prepared for some confused looks).Here's the thing: This wrap is messy. Like, impressively messy. Spitz should really come with a complimentary car wash voucher because you're guaranteed to be wearing some of this on your shirt by the time you're done. But hey, that's half the fun, right? Consider it a badge of honor, a delicious battle scar earned in the noble pursuit of glory.So, if you're looking for a flavor adventure that'll leave you satisfied and slightly embarrassed, then the Street Cart Wrap at Spitz is for you. Just remember to bring your appetite (and maybe a bib).

Parking absolutely sucks....... Probably because it's meant for the college kids ‍ pretty good stuff on the menu. Didn't plan on getting any lunch today but the smell was just too good. We got the wrap, street cart, and it was really good. I like the twist they put on everything. The baklava was AMAZING. Staff is great. Very little seating inside but there is seating.

The food here was very good, we love Mediterranean food so it was nice finding a quick spot that was open a little later. I got the medí bowl with chicken shawarma and it was a good portion size more food then I expected. And hubby got the Mediterranean wrap with the lamb and beef meat, it's a yes in our book we will be returning

Spitz is a Mediterranean gem in Tempe! This place offers delicious, gourmet food. Plenty of options to choose from and something different to try.

I've biked through here several times and stopped for lunch and this by far is one of my favorite little spots over here on the ASU campus. I'd recommend the only time to drive is on the weekend as getting here and parking is a challenge... and I don't pay for parking. The staff has always been super friendly and I like that I get to customize my meal based on my mood at the time with ease. So I kept it simple for myself and went with a Greek salad and included a double side of meat on it of lamb and beef. I also decided to do the upgrade for the combo which I thought was a bit expensive but it included a beverage as well as another side salad for me. They gave me a 2nd bowl & surprised me by making it custom and combining it all so I had the "best of both worlds". Man let me tell ya, probably one of the best Gyro salads I've had in quite a long time. In addition to the Gyro salad we also we also grabbed 2 Street Cart wraps loaded as combos with fries. If you're driving by car, you are going to have to park on the backside and enter off rural off the side like you're going to the pickleball tennis courts & wrap around. Will definitely return back again as the healthy option is great.

Ended up here after our regular spot was closing early and turning customers away. I had the street cart wrap with a mix of all 3 meats and it was very good. I would highly recommend this place

Gluten free eater. This is a regular for college students from ASU. The restaurant is more of a takeout place with a few tables inside. The food has a Greek spin to it. I got loaded fries. And it was good. We just came back from a trip to Greece and I can't say the food is the same but it's more approachable. I would come back.

A hidden gem part of ASU Campus in Tempe. Food was quickly made and fresh -- my favorite is the vegan gyro with falafel. Hummus was LIKE NOTHING I'VE EVER HAD!! They're got really good menu items, you really can't go wrong with anything here and has something for everyone.- Vegan Options- Halal Friendly- Vegetarian Great atmosphere, whoever is on aux plays bangers, friendly staff and clean!Would highly recommended and will be eating here often!

This is a yummy little lunch place. Thr food was delicious and the service was fast and courteous. We had the Doner basket and a Greek salad. Both were yummy. I would come again
