Had family visiting from out of town and decided to stop by on our walk through Seaport.Everything we had was great! Tried the Cinna-bee which was downright tasty and the Basic Sitch. Would definitely have both again.Full warning: we went during the weekend so it was kinda a tourist trap considering. So beware if you go during peak hours. But with that said, the barista/woman ordering handled everyone (even rude people) like an absolute pro. I was very impressed. I also still got my coffee very quickly.There are a few seats and tables here and there but I recommend getting your drink and walking around.Just an fyi their branding leans in on the pot-head-ness. I didn't care I found it amusing but just wanted to warn in the event you have kids wondering what the puns are about.Will absolutely return.

We ordered breakfast online from their website without any problems. My husband picked it up and brought it back to our hotel. My onion and garlic bagel was soft and flavorful. They generously laid on the chives cream cheese and avocado. I also got an Iced Jasmine Tea unsweetened. It was nothing special and $5 which was very expensive for what it was.It was a good quick breakfast that held us over for 6 hours at the zoo and it it conveniently located in the Gaslamp Quarter.

I LOVE THIS PLACE A LATTE! Spill the Beans has some of the THEE best brews in SD. Period. I had a cold brew with oat milk and it got the job done! But you know what else this place is known for? BAGELS! Yes, and they're some of the best I've EVER had. I was starving after my walk down Seaport and Embarcadero when my mom spotted this cute little coffee shop that's built into a lighthouse! It's so cute and unique, I love it. I smelled something good so I figured I'd grab a bite. I tried the all-day BLT on a honey oat bagel and WOW it was culinary perfection. I'd never expect a coffee shop to have such fresh veggies and tasty bread. The bagel was so soft and delicious. I gobbled up my bagel sandwich and was in such a good mood afterwards. The staff were nice and were working very hard as it was the weekend and you know, tourists everywhere. However, they always remained professional and efficient! If you're not in the mood for coffee I'd at least try the bagels here! Spill the Beans has flavors of the month that are rotated constantly and they are certainly delectable. The shop sells merch of their mascot Pot Head (no we're NOT talking drugs lol) such as hats and shirts if you're interested. There's moderate seating behind the lighthouse, but if you don't find anything it's fine, you're in Seaport Village and there's plenty of places to sit elsewhere. This location has such a good vibe to it, plus it's June and they're playing Kim Petras. Honestly, I'd give them ten stars if I could. they have perfect food and music tastes.

Cute little coffee shop in the middle of Seaport Village. It was late afternoon so opted for their seasonal kombucha on tap, and it was a refreshing drink in the middle of a summer afternoon.

Updating my review! I had previously already had great experiences here when I was in the area last year and this year, it still held up! I was really happy to see that it was still thriving in the area. A perfect location right along the water and great walking distance to the Gaslamp district, the conference center, or just exploring the parks around the area. There is a decent amount of outdoor seating around, but if you walk a few minutes over the the park, you can lounge about really anywhere. I appreciate that they are open for a solid portion of the day so you can stop in during the morning and afternoon if needed!Solid service and efficient with the orders. I tried the cinnamon "bee" latte which was great! Not too sweet and a great afternoon caffeine fix. The avocado toast was also delicious. I brought my friend here too and she loved it. The drinks and food are definitely quality.I think this place is a great addition to area and am happy to frequent it when I am in the area. Recommend!

This place is tiny and usually very busy so I'm sure most of the negative reviews are due to this.We stopped by on a Sunday late afternoon and there was no line. Ordered a mocha and dirty chai. Both were excellent and well prepared to our liking. Great spot to grab coffee and take a walk by the water.

Came here with my friend on a Saturday morning. Line was long due to an event going on but the line went quickly considering the crowd. Food and drinks were ready in 5-10 minutes. Their lox bagel was so fresh and yummy. The wasabi ginger cream cheese was so much better than I expected! Would get this same order again next time. Gave it a 4/5 stars instead of 5 due to the price.

While walking around Seaport Village one morning I saw a long line for this coffee stand. I looked them up on yelp and saw all the great reviews. Later that afternoon as the sun went down, I had a hankering for a coffee so headed to this place. No line! But also no bagels (a big sold out sign was posted) which was no surprise that late in the day. No worries, I was just after one of their famed coffee drinks.The personable and affable barista took my order for a medium-sized, hot Blondie Mocha. What's in the cup? White chocolate sauce, brown sugar-macadamia syrup, espresso, and milk. In no time at all my Blondie Mocha was presented to me at their side pick-up window. I walked over to a nearby outdoor seating area and swooned over this super-delicious drink. Now I get it. Even though I was able to walk up to the counter this time to order I would not hesitate to stand in a long line to get another one of these!

Great location but service was weird and not friendly. On top of that I'm a bit upset that my build my own bagel with cream cheese came with broken up leftover bacon (like bits) and the tomato ENDS (wtf??) instead of whole slices of bacon and middle tomato slices. The price is way too high to not get quality fresh servings.

Delicious bagel sandwiches! Haven't found a coffee order I love just yet. I dream about their jalapeño bagel. It is sooooooo good! Covered seating can be hard to find, but the view makes it all worth it.
