Great little cafe tucked away in an office complex. The owners are always friendly and smiling. The food is fresh and tastes really good. Lots of menu choices and the service is quick for when you need to get back to work! Highly recommend.

First of all, you have to realize that this is a very small cafe inside a corporate office complex. You order at the counter, and then your food is delivered to you, while you wait at 1 of about 10 seats available inside. It's definitely not fancy, but as others have mentioned, the staff is very cheerful and friendly. We had a party of 7, and didn't realize that this would not be a very good place for such a large group. It really caters more to the parties of 1 or 2 that were coming in for lunch while working at the complex. However, if you do realize the caveats, you can get some pretty good fare here, though I wasn't blown away by anything our party ordered.

Mary Ellen also bakes treats for your furry friends! The peanut butter cookie doggie treats are sure to make your furry friends happy and begging for more! Way better and more healthy than the dog treats you can buy in the store!

Mary Ellen and Tom really know what the true definition of an exceptional product and customer service is all about! I just received a delicious 'Daybreak Coffee Cake' from Mary Ellen and it is to die for! So moist and delicious. She went out of her way to deliver the products to me for my clients! All I can say is Wow!!!

Tom, Mary Ellen and Dave are the best! This little bakery/cafe in the Spectrum office park is a hidden gem in an area without many fast casual places to stop for a quick breakfast or lunch. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a stop. If you don't see them on display ask for Mary Ellen's coffee cake; it's fantastic!

I work in the same complex and eat here at least 2-3 times per week. I typically get the same thing every time. It's a small "mom & pop" kind of place that gets the job done!

I came to the cafe for the first time yesterday. I recently started working in an office nearby. I ordered a Reuben panini sandwich and took it back to my office. I hadn't even got through the first half and I bit into something really hard and sharp. I pulled it out of my mouth. It was a piece of plastic - looked like maybe a piece of a plastic fork. I took it back to the cafe and showed them. All they said was "ok, thank you". No concern for the incident whatsoever. Nothing offered to me either. My first visit was probably my last, unless I buy something pre-packaged. Disappointed is an understatement.

Hit and miss - sometimes it's good; other times not so good. Everything is microwaved except for the grilled sandwiches and wraps. The bread is standard grocery bread - dry, tasteless. The baked goods are pretty decent -especially the coffee cake.
