For such a small shop it was absolutely adorable!!! We didn't have to wait at all to place our order, the staff was friendly and playful. The ice cream was super great, beautifully creamy and the flavor options were mind blowing. 100% will return!

Small shop in downtown Tempe. We usually do take out as the place is small. They have variety of ice creams and are usually good for the price. Sometimes you feel like the ice cream doesn't taste as great as the previous time.So if they maintain the consistency with the quality it would be a great.

This place is mom & pop type cold stone creamery. Friendly staff, lots of dessert options: waffles, smoothies, mix in ice cream options, tons of different cones, dessert pretzels. I chose the small strawberry shortcake with a Oreo waffle cone. It was $10 and way too big! The $2.50 Oreo cone was good but so filling & rich. The ice cream was good but the shortcake pieces were too big and frozen, hard to eat. Loved the whip cream finish on top tho!

I had the very best butter pecan ice cream I've ever had!!!! Was there traveling for work and found this gem on Yelp. They have various ice cream flavors that they let you sample. The butter pecan flavor was out of this world. This is not normally a flavor I go for , but so glad I did ! I had to go back twice before flying back home. Totally worth it! Staff is friendly.

The ice cream is great! The service friendly and the ambiance relaxed. If ever in the area, this is nestled downtown and is definitely a treat!!! Stop in for a sample, and leave with a cup or cone. Just fresh delicious ice cream given with a smile.

Came here with a good friend after dinner nearby. Very convenient and they are open late every day.They have a decent selection of ice cream, sorbets, toppings, waffle cones, etc. The flavors aren't that great though - like another reviewer mentioned it has a bit of a manufactured taste and the flavors don't come through very strongly. For example, we both had the double dark espresso (I wanted coffee too but they were out) and the actual espresso taste was very weak. However I'm giving the place 4 stars because the employees working there were very nice, patient, and helpful. They treat the elderly very well (aka my friend) and gave me a nice compliment. Will drop by again when I'm in town and nearby and try their strawberry ice cream in honor of my friend who hates it.

Conveniently located to where we stayed. Really friendly service. Kids liked it. The banana split was just ok. Really enjoyed the edible spoons they sell. Inside table was kinda dirty. Needs more seating options as outside there are homeless people taking up seating.

the ice cream not that good and it didn't really have flavor. a girl clocked in and didn't wash her hands? service was okay the guy was cool. ambiance was eh. good if u want a cool down. prices was kind of crazy for the sizes. didn't get any pics.

Customer service is great. Clean. Located in a cute spot, close to the metro. Live music was outside when I visited. I got the blueberry muffin ice cream. Great price. If you're craving ice cream, I don't see why you wouldn't stop here Good selection. You can compare it to Coldstone with a less corporate feel.

Decent ice cream. Tastes like store bought, which is not necessarily a bad thing since store bought ice creams are already pretty good. It's the kind of ice cream you would get if you are craving for ice cream and happen to be near the store. Not the kind you would go out of your way to get. They have ice cream for dogs though, which is a plus.
