This yummy food truck definitely gets my vote!! They came to my job one day, and so I figured that fried chicken sliders sounded like the remedy to a boring day in the office. First of all the 2 lovely people working the truck were super friendly and that counts to me! They took my order and cooked my fries exactly how I wanted - extra crispy. The food came out piping hot and was SO SO good. The bbq sauce was thick and full of flavor, not runny and slightly bitter like a lot of places. The chicken was cooked just right: crispy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. I was able to split this meal since it's a lot of food and it reheated well too! If you see them, stop and eat, you will not be disappointed, or look them up and see where they will be. This is a must try!!

Omgeeeeee I got the Southern Vegetarian Sliders.... there was literally a party in my mouth!! I'm doing a 7 day no meat fast and I have to say, I didn't miss the meat at all!Excellent customer service and super friendly!! I will definitely stop by every time they park outside

I'm so impressed with their vegetarian selection! So good, that I forgot I was eating all veggies! I really need to keep up with this food truck! Gotta let my friends know to check them! Great people as well, as they were so nice and friendly to greet and take our orders! Definitely have to hunt them down for another delicious bite to eat!

Had a chance to try the chicken sliders today at a company event. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. All the toppings were fresh and the aioli was on point and didn't overpower the chicken or any of the other flavors in the sliders. Everyone else loved their beef sliders and fries too. They have just the right amount of items on their menu to maintain quality and service was quick and super friendly. I would definitely give them another visit and try other items on their menu.

Solid food. We enjoyed the sliders and crisp fries. We ordered during halftime of our college football game we were watching at Kirby's Ice House so there was a 30 minute wait.

I was excited to try this food truck when they came to park in front of our apartment.The lady that took my order was very nice and inviting. Menu seemed like a good variety, they had regular burgers, chicken sandwich's, and veggie burgers. I decided to stick with what seems like their main dishes.--Tejas Burger (3.5/5) Subbed with cheddar cheese, hold the onions. Simple...but they forgot the guacamole. It was very bread-y for the amount of patty you get. The bacon was a one biter, could have cooked it a little bit longer. For 12 dollars I think I could have a better, more loaded burger elsewhere. --Texas Seasoned Regular Fries (5/5) Your average fries with a kick of seasonings and salt. I thought they were the best part of the meal honestly. I also asked for a side of aioli and I didn't know til when I got home that that was what was missing. Dragged my feet out back out there and she gave two tiny little containers not even halfway filled. Went home again, opened my burger and my guac was missing...I was done at that point.I'll take my 15 dollars elsewhere.

OMG! I haven't had any decent sliders here since I moved from California, but had that changed. This place is a must try, great staff, and the grill master has some talent. Sergio will make sure you leave Satisfied, great service, great food!

Great food! Highly recommend the sliders. Ask for Sergio he will get you right on any recommendations.

Amazing sliders and even better staff chef and his wife are something else! The c3 is an absolute must!

Fresh burgers and good customer service. I tried outside of truckyard and would be happy to go back.
