I've been using their olive oils and vinegars with delight for years! Figured out how easy it is to order to be shipped. Since I'm not getting to the storefront these days, I'm delighted I can still cook with Olio Buon Gustaio (spicy garlic oil), which I love to use in roasting veg like broccoli. Yum! Though to be honest, I've enjoyed every olive oil and vinegar I've bought from them. Great products, great people.

I ordered an Olive Oil and Balsamic gift box as a holiday present and was very impressed with their packaging and shipping. It was free 2-day shipping and both bottles were placed inside a smaller box (within the shipping box) with enough padding to ensure that the bottles would not easily break.I received an email confirmation right after placing my order and within 30 minutes I received another email saying that my order had shipped.5 stars for easy check out, fast shipping, and great presentation.

Sotto Voce is a great little gift shop across the street from the Market.They have mix of seasoned Olive oils and Vinegars with bread cubes to dip and sample all. I'll make stuff like this at home for cooking, but picked up the big bottle of the basic olive oil & sweet basil as a gift for my neighbor. The big bottles are $19.95 and the smaller ones $12.95. Tip: If you are visiting Seattle and taking some of these home...be sure to pack them in your checked bags.

We've been visiting this location for over three years now. The strawberry honey balsamic is out of this world, I rarely prepare a salad at home without it. Also love the Basil infused oil. Wonderful attentive service even at their busiest, and always been 100% happy with the products.The lids they come with do not prevent fruit flies, so I went on Amazon and snagged a six pack of stainless steel spouts with covers for a few bucks, problem solved.

I love going here. This time they had way more oils and balsamic to taste then they usually do. However I haven't been here for a year so maybe that changed. We always stock up when we come. It was very crowded so didn't get to spend a lot of time here like I would've liked. All infused oils and balsamics sold here. We usually get the garlic and herb oil and a spicy balsamic. I had to get a spicy oil too that was just so yummy.

John has some of the best olive oil I've ever had! I especially liked his spicy olive oil and balsamic combination :) I was happy to find out I can purchase everything online and plan to place an order once I return home.

A MUST do STOP, any time I go to Seattle! I love their oils and vinegar's, you can sample most before you buy. I've been using there oils for years and just love them, prices are fair and the service is always good and friendly! Make it a must stop shop for you too, if you like to cook!

Love you this place and been going here for more than a decade. I think the location at Pike Place is closed but I still order online.

Yum! The infused vinegars and olive oils in this little shop right in the heart of Pike Place Market are delicious! My husband and I wandered in here frankly by accident while just taking a stroll through the market one afternoon while waiting for our hotel room to be ready to check-in. I LOVE flavored olive oil and vinegar for cooking and sample it everywhere. I love to find new hidden treasures. They had small tasting cups out and also small little pieces of bread to dip into the samples as well with a toothpick. I wandered around the shop tasting almost everything (they have a good 20-30 flavors) for a while while the friendly guy behind the counter mostly left me alone. Once I started to make a plan for the things I wanted to get he engaged us in easy conversation, answered questions, and explained that they had a flat-rate shipping for four small bottles for $10. GREAT! That meant I didn't have to stuff them into my suitcase and worry about all my stuff smelling of vinegar if it got broken in transit! I happily chose 4 and chatted with the fella who was very friendly and we made small-talk about the area and the upcoming 4th of July fireworks at the park. I loved everything about this experience and I received the items about 2 days after they shipped once I was home. I will absolutely order from here again - they're delicious!
