I came here during their happy hour special (5-6pm), where they have half off their ramens and half off a lot of their drinks. It was an excellent deal: I more than happy with the price I paid. The ramen itself is pretty decent - the noodles were perfectly cooked and the toppings I got in the Katsu bowl were very tasty. The broth was solid but not remarkable: it wasn't super salty (which is good) and had some seasoning but the depth and richiness wasn't entirely there. But overall, for how good a deal the happy hour special was, I couldn't complain. The drinks are on the stronger side so I was very happy with that. The service was excellent: everyone was very friendly and took my order quickly. I got my drink and ramen at the same time, which was also appreciated.

Okay I went here twice. Both times were terrible. I know they mean well but skip thismTheir qr code didn't work, the calamari (still swimming) served over lettuce was so salty and over dressed, not to mention the service, leaves much to be desired. The konbu mushroom broth they say is good is too salty. We tried it without food as a trial and we said it'd a bit salty. Even with other watered down ingredients, it was a no. Also who puts carrots in ramen? No one. Where was the seaweed? Not present. I asked for no broccoli and so they took all the veggies out But the broccoli....? Your math ain't matching. Mic drop was 1 note - non descript meat. Where was the bone broth? I can't say I've ever had such flat ramen. The noodles were OK but nothing special, it must of been from a package. Another patron was sitting outside, and he came back in the restaurant and asked, "hey how does this place work?" Because he still hadn't been served. It was a mess. The lemonades were way over flavored and could have easily made 2 more drinks. Last, the water was great but teach the serves more about the menu. You work here, at least know what is in each bowl. Ambiance? It's more a bar than a place to sit down and eat. Maybe don't play "WAP" in your restaurant. Class it up. This place leave so so so much to be desired.

Ramen always hits the spot and it's even better when it's from Sosoba. The noodles are great, the broth is tasty and not bland and everything is just perfectly combined into one bowl. I cannot count the times I've been here and just never been disappointed. The service is great, everyone is always making sure you have everything you need and the atmosphere is dope. Definitely recommend checking out sosoba!

Mediocre, inauthentic ramen that is still competently done, with plenty of vegan options scattered throughout the menu.I stopped in for a quick lunch after seeing that they had vegan ramen. I ordered the "Hostile Takeover Ramen" ($16), which comes with rice noodles, broccoli, sweet crusted tofu, shishito peppers, sautéed mushrooms, and green onions. The ramen came out in about 15 minutes. The broth, which makes or breaks a ramen, was fairly gentle and not particularly deep, but pleasant -- quite umami, moderately salty, slightly sweet. The tofu was deep fried and rather sweet, which was tasty, but I don't think goes that well in a ramen. The other toppings were solid. The noodles seemed very al dente and not particularly well-suited to a ramen.Service was very friendly and its nice environment. Don't expect anything close to authentic ramen, but it's not a bad spot.

I enjoyed their ramen, when I add the crispy chicken to it. For sure filled with lots of flavor and delicious! The place is a bit hidden and small, but it feels cozy with the closed space. The service was okay. My friend had a friendly server at first and then she was fine and was replaced with someone else. He dropped off our ramen dishes and didn't ask us anything and was gone. We had to wait a while until he return, well more like I asked to have the check. Overall, good food, can see myself coming here again if I am near the downtown area.

This place slaps. The food is great, the service is good, and the atmosphere is fun. They always play the best music and they are open late. They cater to vegans and sober people as well. I would definitely recommend this place!!

I went with my girlfriend to Flagstaff and woo!!!! This place had us wanting more. I got the Mic drop, and my girlfriend got the Katsu. She ate most of hers but liked mine. A few days went by, and I was really craving the MicDrop, and I looked it up (to yearn) and saw that they had one in Phoenix!? I instantly told my girlfriend, and we went. We both go the mic drop. Note: the mac and cheese ball is very good, so good that my girlfriend wouldn't let me finish it because she didn't want me to fill up before our ramen. Definitely recommend this place!!!!
