If you like warm water and unseasoned meat, this is the place for you. The website claims a "full sensory dining experience reimagined for the whole family" and I would have to kindly disagree. We had ordered tacos for all the kids (chicken and carne asado) and what do you know, the tacos come out with just a corn tortilla and meat inside. Pardon me for assuming a taco would come with any sort of veggies, rice, beans or ANYTHING. We ended up asking for sour cream, rice and beans but at that point none of the children wanted to eat the tacos. After trying their food, I couldn't even blame them. The carne tasted like glorified dog food. I was looking around and noticed at some point every other tables water was cold (the glass jar had a film of "sweat" on their bottle) We asked for paper napkins twice and finally on the third time were brought them. My husband said his food was good so I'll have to give them kudos for that but my burger was tasteless, broccolini and potato wedges were stiff and undercooked.I wanted to also address the fact that we had come to dine out with our whole family, I'm sure the server can attest to this but the kids were NOT rowdy, they were respectful and did not cause any extra "noise" and as soon as the baby got fussy, I had sent my husband out to the car with all of them while I took care of the bill so imagine my surprise when my bill had a large party automatic gratuity attached to it. Upon asking what was considered large party, the hostess said 7. We had a party of 6 (including a small baby) so our ticket was actually only quoted as having 5 guests as only 5 of us were eating. She quickly corrected herself "actually it's 6 and it's at the bottom of your receipt", not one of my receipts had that written on it. It goes without saying, we would have tipped but I felt targeted that as soon as the server or hostess saw we had 4 children total with us, they automatically added their gratuity thinking we would be a difficult table. On top of all of that, the bathroom.... Oh the bathroom. When I went to help my child in there, the toilet paper was coming out one square at a time. It was just the cherry on top.I guess one positive? We were sat at 5:05 and rung up at 5:49... in and out in under 50 minutes but I'm not sure that's something to be proud of.Save yourself 150 bucks and don't go to a steakhouse in a strip mall.

Certainly good food, and friendly service! You can see them making fresh salsa right as you enter. The salsa is super fresh and has the right amount of kick. You can also always ask for more salsa throughout your meal. We really like to put it on our steak as well. We've gotten multiple appetizers, steaks, loaded potatoes, and cocktails and it has always been awesome! Between my husband and I we always order an appetizer, a steak, and a carne asada loaded potatoes and we are always leaving full and with left overs. Only down side is that the restaurant is LOUD. The sound in the restaurant is not absorbed well and echos, so you have to talk quite loud to talk to people at your table.

3.5 Stars. Definitely the Zabuton, one of my main favorite cuts anywhere I go and it did not disappoint here. Medium Rare Plus is my temp and I ate it as slow as I could to enjoy it (as I always do when I really like something). Small gripe, the sea salt that came with it did not melt, and were like rocks in your mouth you had to break up. The Ora Salmon was delicious. The whole entree screamed healthy, green, and of course King with a nice crunch to it. Small gripe the baby broc was a bit bland. The Salmon was really nice though.El Ribeye was not bad, good, but nothing screaming. Between the El Ribeye $40 18oz, and the Zabuton $40 11oz its no question the Z for me! Of course if you want the extra meat then the Ribeye is your choice.I have no recollection what the creamy side we ordered was, but it was good! The Seasonal Vegetables I prefer a medley instead of a "pick one." Of course, when having steak you got to have mushrooms and for the most part was good but slightly slighty undercooked in the middle. Service was a bit impersonal, constant upselling every single trip to the table. A bit annoying but understood thats the way they are trained. I would suggest the upselling be toned down a bit, and the service was while with big smiles, it was a bit robotic. And the refilling of water was good, however it was spilling all over the table because she was so excited to see if we would re-up on drinks. I was a server, and it was a huge part of me learning so many valuable things in life, I'm sure she will hone the craft as time goes on.Cheesecake was good and a nice end to dinner.Had to wait 10+ minutes for the check though, and it was not tap to pay....I feel like no tap to pay to the table is a bit behind the times but I'm such a snob sigh. The space is nice, contemporary, airy. A manager maybe did come to make sure all was well at the end which was a nice touch. For sure should be in your rotation if you are nearby. The prices are fair, quality above average for sure.

Wow. I've delayed going to this place forever but finally went with my wife and cousin and was absolutely blown away. I can confidently say I had the best meal of my life. From drinks to appetizer to dinner it was all delicious. We shared the guacamole and it was interesting that it came out with sourdough bread but man! It worked! They also bring out these small tostadas that were a little saltier than I would have liked but so good!I had the filet and a baked potato and portions were very generous, sides definitely could be shared. My wife is vegetarian so her options were limited but she knew that going in. She had a baked potato with no bacon and the house salad and loved it!Our waiter Guy was very knowledgeable and attentive! We were too full for dessert, but it would have been nice to have an actual dessert menu to look at versus having him explain it all. This is truly a Maple Valley gem and I will definitely be back!

I've never had Japanese style A5 RIBEYE steak. So thinly sliced, delicious , fatty( not too fatty) supremely tasty with the seasoning salt. You are served the raw steak and you prepare on the hot stone. Fun experience and tasty dining experience. We also got mushrooms and PAPA JOSPER potato, super cheesy and delicious. Would definitely dine again.

Reservations highly recommended! Seven months after opening, this place is hopping on a Sat night! I think this place has become our new go-to steakhouse.Food: 5/5- Vacio (medium-rare): I had the 14 oz American Wagyu Cross that's about 2-3 inches thick, very flavorful and lean, but also juicy and tender. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Though I prefer beef on the rarer side, I'll order a medium next time because even leaving the steak on the stone to cook took some time to reach desired texture. I learned afterwards that this cut is a flank steak, which I've only had in sliced form, but this steak is now my favorite, surpassing the ribeye.- Delmonico (medium rare): My husband had the 30oz USDA Prime, bone-in NY steak. Tender and juicy. I only had small sample, which was good, but I liked mine better.- Roasted cauliflower: Tasty!- Raspberry honey cake: Delicious!- Flan trio: Delicious!BTW, steaks come with a very small portion of chimichurri sauce (garlic, parsley, oregano, olive oil, and ?). I had to ask for more.Freebies: You get water infused with your choice of fruit slices (lemons, limes, oranges, and cucumbers). You also get a small portion of tasty fresh house-made crispy tostadas with a light layer of refried beans and cotija cheese sprinkles. The salsa is very spicy!Service: 5/5Jenna was excellent! Even the manager came around and checked in on us. We felt quite looked after.Ambiance: 5/5, depending on what you're looking for. The attractive space is decorated in dark reds and browns with interesting accents. Sat night was very busy and high energy, with many staff bustling around with trays after trays of delicious-looking food. You can watch half the kitchen action, with flaming coals, various slabs of meats grilling away. The noise level is also high, so if you're looking for a quiet, intimate space, this space isn't what you want. Otherwise, I loved it.

Best Mexican food! I hope they open more locations. Everything from drinks to food and wait staff was excellent! We ordered so much food we almost didn't have enough room on the table. Every dish was delicious.

I was pointed to this location for this small chain of Mexican steakhouses. It was no mistake, pun intended. We had an early dinner, so there was a lot of attention from the staff when we walked in the door. Service was almost immediate to the table, bringing the Round trip with beans and cotija cheese on them, don't know what they're called. But they were really good.Selection, was pretty extensive. We chose the Picanha, and another person had the Vacio.I did miss the call on making my steak, rare, so I could finish cooking it on the hot rock that was on my table. This was a great steak, I can't wait to go back. The side dishes were abundant, very large, easy for three or four people to share. There is an option of beans and rice, which is unlimited during your meal. One word of warning. do not take pieces of the salt off your hot rock and put them in your mouth, they are as hot as the stone that you are cooking your meat on. Speaking from experience.Enjoy yourself.
