Yes yes yes!!! This place was so good. Our server was amazing and I really loved it here. If it were closer I'd probably come here every day, and then I'd probably be 600 pounds lol! The server recommended the meatballs, and they were a million times even better than what she said, the sauce was also just a little spicy, but perfect with the meatballs. The cashew nut had the perfect balance of veggies and chicken. I also put a little of that sauce from the meatballs on it. I allllwayyyys have to get a to-go box for my leftovers, but no leftovers here. That's how good it was. Please come try this place out if you're looking for a good Thai place in the area.

Was hanging with a friend Saturday night on the eastside and we decided to get takeout, as she had eaten here recently and thought it yummy. (Tried ordering through Yelp and got a message that they weren't taking orders currently. I was able to order takeout from their website though! #persistencepays)We ordered the Tom Yum Fried Rice, Crispy Rice Salad (Yum Nem Kaw Tord), Larb Tod meatball appetizer, and pad thai with chicken. I wanted Garden Rolls with Shrimp (visible through Yelp but not on their website ordering app???). The number of options on the website for modifying ingredients was outstanding, and we ordered both the Fried Rice and Pad Thai as 'Not Spicy,' as anyone who knows me knows I am sensitive to heat (mild pico de gallo is my limit ). First, I'd give the Crispy Rice 10 stars if I could! It's not named the same, but it's clearly some variation of my former favorite addicted-to-it dish (called Nhem Mou, I believe) from a Laotian-Asian Fusion restaurant in Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood that broke my heart when it closed a few years ago.Second, everything we ordered was yummy. Tasty without needing heat. (See below.) Portions were sizab. (Maybe bigger lettuce leaves for the meatballs, if wrapping is the intention.)Third, pickup service was friendly and right on time. Why not 5 stars? There was a little heat in the Fried Rice, which is frustrating since I had hoped to eat that for several meals. I could eat it BUT it isn't enjoyable beyond a small portion. Maybe they made a mistake but I'd encourage them to alter their ingredients to make it truly 'Not Spicy.' I would put it at least at 'mild.'Also, heads-up for others: the lime sauce for the meatballs lives up to the 'spicy' description. It tastes super delightful with it's lime-iness, but even just a little had our lips and tongues burning and noses running both -- and her tolerance is definitely higher.I'm already planning when I can go back. It's a good thing Soi is a toll and lake away, or I'd be eating Crispy Rice every week!

Helpful hint: it's on the 2nd level of a building with a garage beneath it. They validate parking, so bring your ticket in. Beautifully decorated. Hearty portions.

I've tried plenty of thai restaurants and this is one of the top ones on my list I like and would come back. The pad thai wasn't dry and was delicious. The pad se ew and pork belly was really tasty too! Service was good and fast. The inside was really cute and spacious. Came on a weekend and there was plenty of seating! They do validate parking so bring your ticket with you. I recommend coming here if you want to try a new thai place!

Passed this restaurant over a dozen times on the way to and from work, but finally decided to try it during holiday season! We came at 11:30 on a Wednesday and there was plenty of seating available. The server was very quick and incredibly helpful- I especially liked the way he described the level of spiciness ("hot but not quite hot enough to make your nose run", which is a very specific and useful metric of spice). I ordered a seasonal dish and it tasted excellent and mild like I asked for! It also had a lot of seafood. I'd be back for their other dishes too- the portions are pretty generous and the food is great. (Small sad for not having a green curry, but I don't know enough about Thai food to know why that might be.)(They can do tap to pay, in case that matters. And they were happy to split our three person table into three checks.)

Every time I'm near Kirkland I make a point to stop at SOI! I love their Thai Meatballs, Larb, and Crispy Rice Chicken. Their cocktails are nicely crafted too. I like the Thai Tonic!

4.7.2023Dined in for dinner with my friends and we had good time! We were so hungry, so we ordered 4 appetizers. My favorite was Thai-Koyaki and it was flavorful with lemon glass. Chicken wing was also delicious with sweet sauce. I asked server what's his favorite dish for entree, and he told me everything is good, but restaurant is not authentic (?) he said nothing is better than eating in Thai (of course.) he said Chu-Chi salmon is pretty good, but I decided to order panang curry with chicken. For appetizers, we ordered..- Thai-ko-ya-ki (grounded pork meat ball) -Crab Rangoon -papaya salad-happy elephant wings Ambiance was good and toilet was clean. I would come back to try different entree next time!

I had been the the Seattle location many many years, which I just recently found out that it's closed down. I had their Tom Yum Fried Rice back then, and have been wanting to come here to try it again. I didn't plan on going out to dinner for Valentine's Day, and didn't really want to, but he wanted to take me out to an extra fancy restaurant. But I just wanted Thai food. I was able to make a reservation last minute, and we came at 6pm, and it wasn't too busy, until later in the evening, it got pretty full. The place was very cute, decorated for Valentine's Day. Staff was very friendly. We wanted to start out with their chicken wings appetizer, but they were actually out. So, we started off with the Crab Rangoon. For cocktails, I got the Herradura Tamarito, which I thought was absolutely delicious, and my bf got the You Will Never Walk Alone (Thai Tea Whiskey). For food, we got the Crispy Garlic Chicken, Crispy Salted Garlic Pork Belly, Tom Yum Fried Rice, and the Nice to MEAT you, SOI (wagyu steak). I had to do a little happy dance in my seat because everything looked so good, and everything tasted just as good as it looked. The Crispy Salted Garlic had your choice of meat and I choose pork belly. It didn't come with tons of garlic like it showed on the online menu picture, but still tasty. It took a bit of extra time for the Tom Yum Fried Rice to come out, and was the last item, while we had already been eating the rest of the food. I thought it was a bit salty, and squeezed some lime on it. I ordered it with seafood, and it came with nice big pieces of seafood. The Nice to MEAT you, SOI might have been our favorite. The wagyu steak was cooked very nicely. The sauce was tasty, and I enjoyed it with the sticky rice it came with. I liked that their entrées come with rice, since a lot of places don't do that anymore. Their spiciness scale is 1 to 3, and I ordered a couple of items at 3 stars, but we didn't find them spicy at all, and had to ask for the spice rack. I was happy to have leftovers, and would love to eat here again.

Had a chance to visit this place and fine with my team. Cozy and friendly staff. Willing to answer questions about the food. Love the authentic decor and the funny rubber chickens on the wall. The duck curry was spot on.

This is the place to go for your event! We had a graduation dinner here and the whole experience was amazing! From the point of planning, ordering and decorating, Ken and the staff made sure that you had everything ready and taken care for. Food was delicious and prepared in family style which made it easy to share. They even had the table set up with cute flower centerpieces and wall decor to follow with our graduation theme. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and their attention to detail was excellent! We're so glad that we chose this place to have our dinner and thank you again for making this occasion more special!
