Amazing hole in the wall. I tried the fried chicken sandwich and the way to describe it is like a glorified chick-fil-a sandwich but without the chick fil a sauce. I don't think it's needed actually because the chicken is super moist and tender. It's a huge chunk too on a sesame bun with pickles. The owner Andy is super nice too. Overall, pretty darn good sandwich and I think these Yelp reviews are pretty underrated. Some of the more popular chicken sandwich places aren't that great but this place is really a hidden gem. Check it out!

Definitely a "hole on the wall" type but ohmygeezuz" they give Chik Fil A a run for their money. Hours are limited. Dining room is ver much no frills. But, I appreciate getting our order taken and letting us eat in despite it being close to closing time. Yummmmmm.

Driven past this place many times and finally had the opportunity to stop by, and order off their specials menu with a 2 piece fried chicken with rice and gravy. The food came out fast and the chicken was piping hot which was a good sign. It had a nice crunch to the chicken but it was a bit too greasy underneath. It needed to dry off a bit after the dryer. However the flavor was good and chicken juicy. What let me down was the rice and gravy. I'm not sure what gravy that was but it was a grayish/white sauce that had no flavor and just made the rice mushy. That was a big let down.

3.75 star place but rounding up sinceHole in the wall places are kind of my jam.Fried chicken sandwich: my favorite item on the menu. Crispy thigh meat that is way too big for the bun! The pickles and spicy mayo are an excellent complement to fried chicken thigh! Get this!Two piece chicken with fries: they only have thighs and drum sticks (no breast). They do have wings but not sure if you can add on for a 2.5 piece? Fried chicken is pretty standard but freshly made. Fries are crinkle cut and well friedRice and gravy: something that I imagine would be good if you had an upset stomach and need something inoffensive and neutral to keep down. Otherwise, i probably wouldnt reorder.I would love to check out the wings and pork chop dishes as they also seem popular!

Some good fried chicken and a good chicken sandwich can be had at this small and nondescript family run place.The owners work here and are very nice. The space is small but clean. Service is attentive.The food was good. There has been much written about this being the best chicken sandwich in Seattle. Nah. It's good, but mine formed a puddle of grease in the five minutes that it sat before I ate it. Greasy to the point that the bread of the bun became soaked in grease. Taste was good, but not a "wow. that's amazing" kind of good. Just "that's good" and nothing more. Fried chicken was okay. Nothing to write home about. And the leftovers didn't get eaten at our place. That's not a good sign. Leftover, cold fried chicken is always popular here. This wasn't.I'd consider this place if I was in the area and hungry for chicken. But I'd probably check out some of the other small restaurants (including fried chicken ones) in the area first.

There amazing but make sure you ask them to cook your pork chop a little longer. The last pork chop I got was a lil pink and not fully cooked

I tried this place because I had read a review naming it one of the "top chicken sandwiches in Seattle". Once I checked the yelp reviews and noticed the proximity to my office, I was good to go. This place offers the best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten, good parking, and great baked beans. The juiciest breaded chicken sandwich I have ever ordered. Kind of like broiled/grilled chicken (but more juicy), with a crispy coating. This sandwich is delicious, flavorful (even without cheese), full of chicken and fairly-priced. The bread was lightly-buttered and fresh and chewy and the sandwich came with a huge juicy piece of chicken, mayonnaise and a pickle. Very clean and neat small diner-type establishment. I especially liked that it was a local family-run restaurant. Best of all, it is only 3 miles from my office on 4th and Michigan (about). There are only 6-9 tables, so I would suggest taking it to go or ordering it from Uber eats if you can. I wish they had cheese, lettuce, and tomato and my co-worker wished they had a spicy version; still, for the price, there is no better chicken sandwich in Seattle. I tried the baked beans side and it was delicious. Next time I will try more sides.

Only giving three stars because they've been closed temporarily since I discovered. I can tell from pictures and reviews that the food is good so please re open so I can try it and change this to 5 stars!!!

I do not know what sorcery goes into their chicken sandwich. But I do know it's one of the best I've ever had. The crispy juicy flavorful goodness with just the right hint of pickle. WOW. Wish they had longer hours or were closer to me!Fried chicken is very very good. Pork chop w gravy is ok. But seriously chicken sandwich is unreal.

Fantastic chicken sandwich. It was good lunch for 8 dollars. The meat was very moist and filling. Definitely would try their other chicken dish.
