Service was so quick and easy to help with all that they offer. Very friendly too. He went out of his way to give us a good experience. I had a scoop of ice cream it was his favorite I love itAnd their Dole Whip was the best too Next I'll try the shave ice

Great customer service. A vast selection of desserts. Ice cream. Soft serve. Shaved ice. They even have delicious paletas. I can not wait to go back and try something new. They do have a bathroom which is a plus and plenty of seating.

Oh my freaking goodness! This place is amazing! There are so many things to choose from. We were headed to a drive-in movie, otherwise I would've bought some paletas to take home. There was only one person working behind the counter, so service was a little slow (totally understandable though, plus the snowballs are custom made for you), but the staff was friendly and very patient.I ended up getting an ube snowball w/ lychee ice cream & condensed milk on top. I was pregnant at the time, so it was definitely enough to fill me up. I still dream about it to this day, the flavors were on point and it was just so delicious. Next time I go back I need to get a bunch of paletas -- which you can customize as well.

Affordable and delicious customizable popsicles! This wasn't the only thing they had here though. They had shave snow, ice cream, and I think even beignets? I remember thinking they had a very robust menu. I would come back here.

Yes, absolutely yes. These are real Louisiana snow balls. So yummy! Come here. Everting is good. Ice cream, pops, they have some hot foods too! Hidden gem in national city. They are somewhat seasonal so check if they are open in the winter.

Never have I had such hefty popsicles, but they're so good I can't help but eat several. Parking isn't too bad in the plaza. Popsicles are priced by category: fruity, creamy, and specialty. Those listed with condensed milk have a creamy filling. They also have a huge selection of toppings and snowball flavors. One topping is 50 cents while unlimited toppings is $1. Condensed milk drizzle is also an option not listed on the board. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program to get your seventh popsicle for free!=YUM=Staff members are super friendly and they don't skimp on the toppings. The mochi was a bit hard however, so I would pass on that. *Strawberry Cream*Vietnamese Coffee with Condensed Milk: loved the concept and execution. Coffee was nicely dark but wouldn't recommend adding more toppings since the filling was sweet. *Guava*Beignets: will take 10-15 minutes to prepare. Incredibly pillowy. Strangely tasted lemony but overall a nice warm counterpart to a popsicle. Snow Pops consistently delivers on what I want in a dessert: simple, tasty, affordable. Highly recommend those in the area to stop by after a meal for a high quality treat.

Two days in a row! After having some tasty chicken wings across the street, my bf and I stopped by for dessert. Oh my! First impressions? CUTE little shop tucked into a corner, ample parking and very easy to find. +1At a glance, starting from the left are ice creams by the scoops. Then moving towards the left middle they offer Louisiana snowballs flavored anyway you like it and to the right middle they have their gourmet popsicles displayed. The main menu signage gives more details and describes more offerings, including beignets. I love that they offer so much! +1The side menu signage by the ice cream is a bit confusing as it describes you can choose any flavor ice cream, in one, two or three scoops with pictures of sundaes and a banana split. When we tried to build a banana split by choosing our ice creams, we were told we couldn't do that even though the sign implies we could. Banana splits could only have the regular chocolate, strawberry and vanilla ice creams but multi-scoop sundaes could have custom picks? For a dessert shop promoting customization this made zero sense to us. The employee agreed the sign is confusing and that she and other customers also thought as we did. -1Customer service was great. The ladies are friendly and can suggest flavor combinations for the pops. Customer service always matters. +1With so many sweet indulgences to select from, we tried the ube macapuno ice cream, the Vietnamese coffee w/condensed milk filling drizzled with dark chocolate & topped w/mochi, and the chamango pop drizzled w/chamoy & topped with tajin & tamarind chewy things. The ube macapuno was not too sweet and had a very ube flavor. It was creamy and my bf really enjoyed it. The Vietnamese pop was also not that sweet so the condensed milk filling is so genius!! It was a perfect dessert for me! I fought the urge to order this again on day #2. As mentioned above I wanted a banana split on day #2 but why do regular if I can do custom? I chose the chamango pop instead and got the flavor punch i was seeking. Wow! +1Wish there was a place like this near home. We'll be back again next time we are in the San Diego

Dole whip - yyaaaassss please! Hawaiian icy shave ice cream- hands down best place for shave ice. Nachos are delish and the snow pops. This is a one stop shop they have ice cream, shave ice and snow pops. If you're looking for a snack they own SD Boba in the same shopping center with the best popcorn chicken.

Amazing! Love this place! Shaved ice portions are really big- my favorites are raspberry, passion fruit and Georgia peach, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on top. The popsicles are so good, lots of fabulous, unusual flavors- lavender, fruity pebbles, Oreo, peanut butter cup to name a few. Lots of yummy toppings too. I've been there many times, I guess it's probably good they aren't located closer to my home or I'd be there really often! It's a special treat and I love taking all my grandsons there. Very friendly owners too!
