Got fried chicken sandwiches and also a Cuban pork to try. All portions were very generous even though someone else said they weren't. The fried chicken sandwich was actually too big for me to even finish. The flavor was good but simple. Actually reminded me of the batter in Ivars fish and chips. Good bun and lots of fries but they are pretty basic fries. The Cuban pork was very good just be aware the sauce has more heat than expected for Cuban but good flavor. The rice didn't hold up well for leftovers but it was our extra meal for trying. We will go back again.

The Snout & Co food truck is at the PI Building on Wednesdays, a great option to get Cuban food for lunch.Today, I got the Seattle Cuban sandwich. It was a really good sandwich, not messy to eat. The mojo pork was seasoned and cooked well. I loved the chimichurri mango sauce, it's a compliments the pork well.I will be back for the the BBQ Pork sandwich, I have heard good things about it.

Chicken tender sandwich was so good! The chicken was generous, hot, and crispy. The bread is delicious and the aioli and pickles are the perfect compliment. The sandwich also comes with a really good dipping sauce! I would 100% recommend.

Solid Cubans. Collard greens are great, but my folks are from the South so it's weird to me (not at all in a bad way). But a little bit Seattle food - that's to say decent food, a little over priced.Staff is friendly and service was fast. I'd go again

Previously Much BetterI had tried these guys probably almost five years ago. I remember the sandwich being good but the portion small. With all the good reviews, I thought maybe now would be a good time to give them a second shot in Bellevue? Unfortunately, it was not a great re-visit experience.I am basing my review solely on one Sandwich, The Cuban, not to be confused with a proper Cubano. Here's what went wrong:- The bread was so wrong on this one. It tasted like a touch "french" roll from Safeway, in particular, one that had been left out for a few days. It was just so dry, and the mojo pork (normally juicy and tender) failed to counteract this. The ends of the bread were tougher than a stale crouton.- It had a weird bread to meat ratio, with the meat shoved to one side of the sandwich and about an inch of bread with no meat.- It was bland, though the habanero mango hot sauce WAS really good (the only thing keeping this from a one). It was missing that buttery crunch a proper Cubano would have, partially because they used the wrong bread. The meat was somehow both dry and squishy, like the remnants of pulled porked that is oversaturated in juice for too long.- The portion was still small, though I expected that.- Where's the mustard?Hey, maybe I'm just spoiled by the much better Cuban sandwiches out there in Seattle. If you're going solely based on that as a recommendation, maybe skip it.

This review is long overdue! Snout & Co. is some of the best food I've ever had... although I love a good Cuban sandwich (and theirs is awesome) the fried chicken sandwich may be my favorite item on their menu. It's simple, hot, crispy, & delicious. My wife and I love the food here so much we asked them to cater our wedding, so we've had the chance to eat a bunch of their food: they knocked it out of the park. With their black bean burger and veggie bowls etc. they impressed the vegans and vegetarians in the crowd, and of course the rest of us were feasting on various meat dishes - straight from the truck. Lee was a pleasure to work with and treated us like royalty from the first day I emailed him. I would jump at the opportunity to have Snout and Co. at another event, and I plan to order a couple of those fried chicken sandwiches to pickup for lunch today

I've seen this truck all around town but never gotten a chance to check them out. Saw them at Westlake Park in downtown recently and in I went to see how they were. A Cuban sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches so I had to see what's up with their version. No much of a line when I walked up to the truck, I decided to get the "Cuban Sandwich" (they have a Seattle Cuban sandwich too which is different). It was pretty ok to me, it had all the standard items like mojo pork, ham, mustard, pickles and cheese, unfortunately not on Cuban bread and I would've like my sandwich pressed down a little more. The pork was ok to me, a little dry, not as flavorful as I hoped, but the hot dipping sauce helped a bit. The habanero hot sauce is pretty hot, it did make make my nose sweat a little, fortunately no sweat attack as I eat my lunch in public, because we all love that situation. Good sized sandwich, simple menu with about 5 sandwiches, about 4 bowls to choose from and a few side items to add to your meal, roughly about $10 or so for the menu items. Glad I finally checked them out, I would check some of their other sandwiches out if I see them around town again.

May need to follow them around - happened upon the food truck at chuck's hop shop and grabbed a Cuban bowl. Plantains are tostones style and delicious. Like the best Cuban, simple and tasty - well seasoned pork on a good amount of black beans and rice. Would 100% order again.
