This is a tough review to write considering my love of tacos. I have nothing against the staff (they're friendly) and even the prices aren't too bad. My review is purely due to the food itself which really missed the mark. Four of us each ordered three tacos on a weekend around 1:00P. We purchased them a la carte, with each taco being $3.00 (you can choose from any of their meats or the veggie option). After about 10-15 minutes, our food was ready and a stack of foil-covered plates came piled in a single plastic bag. This didn't seem like the best way to securely pack them, but eh... not a big deal. When I unwrapped my plate, I saw something black on the edge of a tortilla... it was half of a cooked fly! Zoom in on my overhead photo. You can see the fly's eye, leg and wing. At the time, I didn't even think to capture a closeup; I immediately ripped off that end of the tortilla and tried not to think about it. Of course I know this wasn't intentional, but it was not a good start. * CHICKEN TACO: I could tell this one would be subpar just by looking at it. The diced chunks of meat were pale and dry... no seasoning and no sign that it even touched the grill. I seriously wondered if it was just boiled, chopped and thrown into the tortilla. It had no flavor. 1/10* LENGUA (beef tongue) TACO: This one also lacked flavor, but at least the meat was kind of tender. 2.5/10* AL PASTOR TACO: Finally, some spices! The pork was coated with a savory blend of seasonings which also packed a bite. A couple pieces of pineapple came on top which added some sweetness although I believe they were out of the can. There were a few gristly pieces of pork, but the taste was there. 6/10Each taco was topped with onion and cilantro which honestly contributed most of the flavor. I added a drizzle of the red and green salsa to all the meats, although it's definitely mandatory for the chicken and lengua. You'll feel the burn from the red salsa, while the green one is more mild and zesty. With the meat being the foundation of any taco, it was disappointing that two of three were so bland. My lunch companions had similar sentiments. I would suggest opting for a burrito or torta - in those cases, the meat doesn't have to stand alone.

This little food truck is great! excellent price point, food is very good and the ladies that run it are so sweet. It is clear that there is love in everything they do. The bonus? Is that they are not stuffing their burritos full of rice and beans like other local Mexi joints that I have recently reviewed. These ladies are for real.

We have picked up the carnitas burrito here many times. They are huge and unless we are super hungry, one is filling for both of us. The carnitas, pulled pork, has great flavor, seasoned generously compared to any other Mexican restaurant I've been to. All ingredients taste very fresh. The staff is always friendly and super fast in preparing our order. Excellent food truck experience with great food.

Good taco-truck food from a taco truck. Nice people, but not fast. Consider placing your order and then coming back for it.

This was my first time going to this food truck it was easy to find and there was ample parking. The lady working working the truck was really friendly! The food was delicious! Although the prices were a bit higher than the food trucks I usually go to the huge portions made up for it. It also felt like they used high quality ingredients. Will definitely be coming back!

This place is like a good peanut butter jelly. Bomb! Ordered tacos de Asada & chorizo - green salsa not too spicy, just perfect. Ordered a carne asada burrito as a to go. Churro as a topper. Service was great and not too long of a wait.

Best Mexican food I've gotten since visiting California. I got the nachos with chorizo and they were probably the best nachos I've ever had. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are. Definitely worth the price and a very easy location to access!

Super sub par. Tried the burritos and tacos and they all lack flavor. The hot sauce doesn't do much to make it more flavorful. Very disappointing considering this isn't far from me and super convenient.

Food is good, and reasonably priced compared to some of the others. However service and employee attitude leave a lot to be desired

It is better than most Mexican restaurants I went to. I like the beef tongue. And the owners are so nice!
