I'm a longtime Snoozer, and have made it my own personal mission to dine at as many Snoozes around the country as possible. My husband and I recently grabbed brunch at this location in East Nashville, and experienced truly exceptional service from Dominique. If you're not joining the waitlist ahead of time via the Yelp app ... what are you even doing?!? This is seriously the biggest brunch hack. When the Sunday Scaries hit, just pull up Snooze's Yelp page and join the waitlist. Then, you have a good estimate for when you'll be seated at the table. Sometimes the waitlist even moves a little quicker than estimated, which is always a win! When you arrive, you just check in at the host stand and let them know you're already on the waitlist. We were seated less than five minutes after arriving at the restaurant. I especially recommend this at this location, because they were absolutely slammed on a Sunday morning. Also - parking is easy peezy behind the restaurant, and it's free for your first 90 minutes! We were seated outside, which was actually really pleasant before the heat of the day. Our server Dominique was a rockstar - she was extremely attentive and offered great recommendations throughout our meal.I've eaten my way through most of the Snooze menu at this point, and can't say there's anything I wouldn't recommend. This time, I went with the Chilaquiles from their summer menu, which were absolutely delicious! I also love to add on a single pancake - the Sweet Potato Pecan is my favorite. If you've yet to hit Snooze, add this spot to your brunch plans ASAP. Plus ... if you visit on weekday, they have awesome drink specials! (We're talking $5 Bloody Mary's, which I don't think you can get anywhere else in East Nashville? Correct me if I'm wrong!!)

For all my newbies visiting this local spot be ready to pay for parking. Street parking is limited. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted by a young woman. My first introduction wasn't quite welcoming. I had also requested to be seated elsewhere than inside, but she let know that wouldn't be possible since that would be out of rotation. Which I thought was odd as any other restaurant I've been to has been accommodating to everyone. After being seated we waited almost 8-10 minute before our server arrived this may not have seemed like a long time, but with a toddler it felt much longer. Our server arrived and was so nice. Our order was taken quickly and my coffee arrived shortly thereafter. I was thrilled to hear that oat milk as available for my creamer. It took a bit of time to receive our food. I got the feeling this wasn't a fast paced breakfast place. Which can be great for a lot of people, maybe not a family in a rush to get somewhere though. Our food arrived. We got the oh my God French toast and child's French toast. I will say the French toast is the best I have ever had and I have traveled to a lot of places. That taste still sticks in my mind it was delicious. The child's French toast was just as expected had a cute little hash brown side as well. I love a lot of things about this menu. (cage free egg/fresh food etc)I definitely recommend this place. The food is delicious. Just remember it may be a slower pace than what you were looking for depending on your day. I do wish my initial greeting was a bit more welcoming and the initial server greet had some urgency that would've made the experience a five star. Bathrooms were tidy and the menu was great.Price: 2 meals + 1 plain coffee/oatmilk estimated $26.00 w/o tipFood Quality: 5 star Hospitality: 4 Cleanliness: 5Check it out!

Met some friends for breakfast before work. Man this place was hopping by the time we left.Should have gone with something healthy and protein / but the pancake flight called my name! That pineapple upside down pancake was so yummy! My friend from England said their corn beef hash at home was horrible - so that is what he ordered. His plate was nearly licked clean!Good service. Clean restaurant. Will go again.

Parking is TIGHT but free for the first 90 mins. Even though the reviews say it's packed by 10, we were able to get in swiftly. We got the 2 tacos on the special with the bacon but different, the new pancake flight and the shrimp and grits. Everything was really good! Not too many people were here. I think the pineapple and strawberry pancakes could use a little more flavor and sweetness and all could use more sauce!

This was my first visit for breakfast and I really liked it. I made a reservation for 9:30 a.m. and the hostess seated us immediately. She was very nice and helpful. I would recommend making reservations because by the time we left about 10:45 it was packed and people were waiting to be seated. The interior is casual and clean with an above average noise level. They also have plenty of covered outdoor seating. There is a pay to park lot behind the restaurant. It costed us $7.00 for a 2 hour slot. Most entrees are about $12.00 to $15.00. Our food came out in about 20 minutes and they have plenty of options to choose from. This is a solid breakfast spot. I will definitely go back.

The service was great for being so busy! The food came out hot and fresh and was DELICIOUS! The sweet potato pancakes were a hit! Only there for a limited time. Run to grab some! The ambiance was chill. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have parking that you can pay for behind the lot.

Today was our first visit to Snooze. They were really hopping on this Saturday morning! Luckily, I had joined the waitlist through the app, so we were seated about ten minutes after arriving. Snooze has a great menu! I decided to go with the spuds deluxe, a large portion of hash browns, two eggs, and I added sausage and onions. It was all delicious. My husband went with a protein omelet, which he enjoyed, as well as a side of bacon. The bacon tasted great, but a side was only about three pieces, so I only sampled one piece. I also had a reward for a pancake on the app, so we got a cinnamon roll pancake to share. It was the perfect sweet treat to end the meal! We are looking forward to visiting again so we can try out some of the other great items on the menu. The only drawback for us was that the restaurant was pretty loud, so my husband had some difficulty hearing with his hearing aids. But, overall, Snooze is a great place to enjoy brunch any day of the week.

**This review is from my own personal experience and should be used as a reference. Please make your own decision to try the establishment for yourself.**I was in town for a quick turnaround trip and was recommended Snooze for a good breakfast. I already had an idea of what I would get since the pictures looked good. You can't make reservations on the weekend, so we were left with walk-in service. There was a short line, but it moved slowly because the hostess was too busy chatting with the people checking in. (I understand you should make conversation and come with good customer service, but this was a full-on conversation about past high school days - how do I know? Because I was waiting to tell them my number was called) As a manager, you would want your business to constantly bring in business for more profit. But hey, I'm just a patron here. They were very busy, and our waiter seemed to be waiting on a few large tables, so you would assume his service would be slow, but he did an excellent job juggling the flow. As for the food-it was very mid. Just nothing stuck out and slapped my tastebuds to make me want to frequent this place. The prices were slightly higher than most breakfast spots but yet lacked flavor. I ordered the flight pancakes, one egg, and a side of bacon. The bacon was delicious, but not worth $6. They were thicker slices, but only three pieces. The egg had the consistency of "boxed eggs" (egg beaters), and the pancakes were not as flavorful as they looked. As for the drinks, the coffee was strong but nothing special and for the worst part... We were given a glass of water that had some particles in the water. I know nothing is perfect, but this was someone not washing correctly. Thankfully, our waiter replaced the glass and did a thorough inspection before providing the replacement water.Overall, this place was underwhelming, and I can't recommend it. But as mentioned before, please go try for yourself and do your own assessment.
