My boyfriend and I had our first Snooze experience a couple days ago. The food was good, probably 4 stars at most. What makes this a 5 star review is the service. Our waitress Jordan was awesome! She was extremely friendly and helpful. She explained several menu items for us in detail and checked-in frequently throughout the meal. To eat we got the Pork Chile Verde Benny and the Spuds Deluxe. Both were great. You can dress up the Spuds Deluxe with whichever toppings and sauces you choose, so it's a very customizable dish. The Pork Chile Verde Benny was equally tasty - would definitely get again. The ambience inside this location is nice. The entire restaurant follows the same theme and feels very new and clean.

Had the chance to dine at this location for the first time recently when a friend of mine suggested we go out for brunch. On this visit, we ordered the breakfast burrito and the snooze classic. The breakfast burrito was good, way bigger than we anticipated. The only thing was that it had way too many beans for our preferences. On the other hand, the snooze classic was just that, a classic combination of breakfast items you can hardly go wrong with. Like other locations, this one was decorated similarly in theme. The only downside to our visit was that even though the service was fast, it wasn't particularly friendly. Neither the server nor the person that seated us seemed like they cared or wanted to be there.

I came to meet up with my homegirl, Olivia & I'm here for work. I been to snooze before in Vegas & I already knew what to expect. I came on Saturday afternoon & it was chill & my server Rashida is dope luv her energy & customer service. The food is good, & my girl Rashida gave me Pinepple Upside Down pancake it was good, I never had it.. Overall, I'll definitely come back if I'm in town again!!P.s. Liked the retro vibes walking into the place, my friends and I were really excited as there are a ton of good reviews and the food looked good but we were a bit disappointed. We enjoyed our drinks, and the food was okay. I thought the Benny was lacking with the amount of procuitto, it could have been more generous for the price point. Was not at all impressed by the service. It was 105 outside and was shocked we didn't get water until the end- every other place I've been to in AZ this time of year has immediately brought us water. Our server was pretty emotionless and didn't ask if we needed anything- we had to ask for the water and napkins, and ended up walking to the front to get our sauces. This was also on a Tuesday during the mid morning and the restaurant was near empty

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day - and I can eat breakfast foods any time of the day. So, I was in heaven during my breakfast meeting at Snooze, the food was delicious and the portions were hearty. I enjoyed my giant plate full of eggs, potatoes, veggies and cheese. And, I opted for a side pancake vs. toast. My dining partner had french toast and he really enjoyed it. The place had a mid-century modern vibe and the service was fast and friendly. I will definitely return here.

5 stars for the food, but unfortunately I have to give 3 stars for service. We got seated right away on a Friday morning, but it took almost 5 minutes for a server to drop by and take drink orders and then another 4-5 mins to get a cup of coffee plus a couple of waters. By the time we ordered our food and got our food, we'd been there for almost half hour. Food was delicious, though; shrimp and grits with a Cajun gravy was amazing. My wide loved the sweet potato on her with some semi sweet Sriracha sauce to pour over it. Bravacado toast was also very flavorful.Food is worth waiting for (it's that good), but plan on spending the morning there to enjoy it. From the time we walked in the door until we exited was over an hour and 20 minutes

Fun brunch spot! Love the different selections of cocktails and food items. Service was great - I ordered the kimchi Bloody Mary which was tasty and Pork belly fried rice with over easy eggs. The pancakes were delicious, my friends and I ordered the flight of pancakes which you can choose different types such as chocolate chip, sweet potato, blueberry, etc. One of my favorite brunch spots!

This place is really solid and I can see why there's always a waitlist at any location you go to. Nevertheless, worth the wait. Food here is pretty delicious and it's pretty ideal for diner food, especially brunch. Can't go wrong with their omelettes or pancakes here and kitchen served us within 15 minutes of ordering too
