I don't rate places, but this was kinda deserving. 0 stars if possibleCame in with my daughter .. no "hello" or welcoming feeling. Kinda creepy tbh.Even worse, he handed my daughter her ice cream (and she dropped it on accident) which isn't that bad...But most people would make her ANOTHER ONE ?! No, this man said "you can wipe it off" and then proceeded to make me PAY FOR ANOTHER while I asked him multiple times to throw the old one away.It's not that it wasn't her fault (which it was) but she is 5 dude. Make her another dang ice cream. Cheap penny pinching creep. Never go here !

This is where I always get my Lopez island ice cream but decided to switch it up today...I ordered the spring rolls with Fried rice, a cup of chili, my normal Rocky road fudge, and decided to try their chai tea latte shake....Everything was really delish...the chili had a little kick to it but not too spicy...the rice and springs rolls were very good...I loved the chai shake with vanilla ice cream...I try to go in at least once every few weeks for ice cream so Jim knows me and is always really nice and friendly...There was another couple in there sitting at the table and tried their blazing wings...they said they loved them..good to know!!!

Super cute place, the ice cream is good, they have a gluten free waffle cone (you have to ask for it), and they have a good assortment of fudge and taffy. The fudge is also gluten free (unless it has cookies). Also, they have a regular menu and the egg rolls are AMAZING!!! Will definitely be going back.The owner was very kind to me and I was the only person in there (with my infant son). His wife was in the kitchen and she was polite when I went to leave as well. I thought the whole experience was great and the conversation was nice too!

Snohomish Creamery has moved to 2nd Street and needs your business - they now have a full kitchen offering sandwiches and appetizers to go and sit down, espresso, ice cream, taffy, and homemade fudge! Relocation forced them to close for several months last year and then COVID hit. They're located across the street from the 7 Eleven and have friendly staff and EXCELLENT fudge!

No ambience but EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious! My favorites are the Egg Rolls and the Monte Cristo sandwich. Also serves Lopez Island Ice Cream - best there is! Only place in town to get homemade FUDGE! Nice owners too .

I've been curious about this place for the past couple years, and finally went in today. The place is not fancy by any means, and has the vibe of an old-school Chinese restaurant. The ambiance did not give me "ice cream parlor" with its red booths, carpet, and high windows. However, everything was fairly clean, including the bathroom, which was outdated, but functional. (There was an odd smell to the building, but perhaps it was due to the leaky ceiling being fixed.)The man working the counter was quiet, but smiled and was pleasant enough in the brief interaction we had. There is a decent selection of flavours, most of them fruity. Several selections of ice cream sizes are available, along with cake or sugar cones. Freshly made gluten free cones are also available. Along with ice cream, you can purchase a selection of candy, fudge, and milkshakes. The small children I went with thought it was an absolutely divine experience, however, so the ice cream cones here did the trick!

We have been meaning to eat here for at least 2 years and we finally made it. We were the only customers they had in the place on a Sunday evening, which made us nervous. At least that gave us the choice of any of the booths in the place which was nice. We made our choices of entrees from the menu board and sat down to wait for our order. The gentleman brought us our drinks, a diet soda and a peach Italian cream soda, which was delicious. There were many choices of flavors for the Italian soda and I will have to try them when we return in the future. We ordered a Cheesesteak sandwich with fries and the Cabbage rolls, pictures attached. The smell was wonderful and the flavor was yummy! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the nervousness we felt earlier became curiosity as to why others had not had the same experience we were having and why this place was not busier. The prices were fair, the portions filling ( I even took one of the rolls home for lunch the next day ). We had Lopez Island ice cream for dessert, which was very good, of course.I have read other reviews where people did not understand why the owner would not allow them to charge their cell phone here or other such things and when you realize that these small business owners are struggling to make ends met, you will understand that they can't act like a Starbucks' or other such place. However, if the people were to come out and support them and the owners weren't worried about being able to pay the electricity bill, I am sure they wouldn't mind you charging your cell phone while you ate a meal.We will definitely go there again and have recommended them to our friends and acquaintances. We hope the next time we visit we won't have the place to ourselves!

Walked with the family to get the kids ice cream. Recorded message on phone, as well as yelp and google said hours were 11-9. Unfortunately, found it to be closed with hours posted on the door of 4-9. Seems careless to me. Major bummer explaining that to a toddler.

Three strikes: you're out!I went in here with a friend to grab some snacks while working on her college application. The man behind the counter gave no greeting or said anything. He just sat back like a creep & glared at my friend. Strike one!When asked to try an ice cream flavor he said he didn't give samples. Strike two!I purchased a few ice cream cones, fudge, waters. They charged for water & everything else was definitely overpriced. We planned to get some coffee later. We set up to work which included plugging in a small laptop, yet despite spending money here & being the only customers on a hot summer evening the creepy guy waddled over unplugged the laptop & proceded to lecture his only customers about not using his electricity. Strike three!At this point we left; any establishment that is this rude to customers doesn't deserve anyone's business.

If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would. We are a family of six. If anything, I think a larger family would equal dollar signs to a business that sells consumables. Every time we go in, we are the only customers. For this reason I've gone back multiple times in the hopes a local shop stays in business. I can only assume the man who works there is the owner. This is based on the fact every interaction has been so rude that only someone who has no fear of reprimand would dare to treat customers the way he does. After multiple interactions I've given up on trying to support this local, small business. I'll support businesses that don't make their customers feel like they are a burden.
