Maybe the restaurant side is better but the Bakery/Cafe side should be a hard pass. They fail to even hit tourist trap mediocrity level of service and quality. The food looks delicious but who wants to eat raw puff pastry. Stick to croissants but it seems like everything with a filling is very undercooked. Breads look good but you can get a better product for less at a supermarket.Service isn't great. The staff does not know what was going on. If you ask for something warm depending on the server, you will either be pointed to a microwave or a server will microwave it for you (but look annoyed if a customer is using it).It should be a crime to microwave pastry anyway. At least have a toaster oven, if you're too cheap to properly reheat croissants. For so little service to the customer, I get offended when the pay screen asks for a tip. You told me to use a microwave to heat up my food. The cafe was dark and a number of tables were left messy. Reminded me of a cafe in a strip mall I went to in the mid 1990s with bare minimum country style that was out of date back then.

Stopped by during a walk in town. The quiche was delicious as was the almond croissant. There was ample seating and we were able to relax and rest our feet. There were happy people enjoying their break and not too noisy. Good place for a coffee break!

What a fabulous bakery! Their clean display was clear enough to showcase a beautiful variety of sweet and savory pastries. Everything looked wonderful, and I bet everyone could find something they like here. The pear almond croissant was delicious, and the Russian tea cake I got looked really good as well. Unfortunately, the Vista Clara coffee was either over-roasted or sitting too long, and not for my palate. Other than that, the prices were fair for fresh-baked goodness and all worth going back for. I'm sure we can find a different coffee choice we will like next time. Everything looked amazing. I see croissants here I've never seen before, so I'll have to be back!

The garlic fougasse is so garlicy and delicious! I visit the bakery's stands at the Snohomish and Edmonds Farmers Markets. They usually have a customer or two and sometimes a line! I come early just for the garlic fougasse and the pear almond croissants. The fougasse is so irresistible that I snack on it and finish it quickly. Recently I didn't finish the fougasse in the first two days and it hardened up of course. A few google searches advised I run it under water and bake it again to get it nice and fresh. I air fried it instead and it came out so fluffy and delicious that I think it should actually be a bit fluffier. I love this fougasse but fluffing it up made it amazing. I paired it with a butternut squash soup and had the best pre Fall meal. I always make sure to also pick up two pear almond croissants for my husband and me because I am definitely not sharing this one but I think it's the most amazing thing so I want him to enjoy one too! It's similar to a cheese danish IMO but the pear taste is so subtle and almost floral like that it's 100 xs better. It's the perfect amount of sweetness and the pastry is nice and fluffy with a slight crunch to it. I've tried a few other baked goods from here and they've all been very good. All around $5 each and all have been worth it.

My all time favorite pastries are their sour cherry pastry and the everything bagel croissant. It's a hit every time I bring it to work for my fellow coworkers. If you like savory, get the everything bagel croissant it's addicting... Another standout is their carrot cake. It's definitely worth the $7 it's not too sweet and loaded with yummy cream cheese frosting and nuts.Love the strong and hot self serve coffee and my hubby really enjoyed his small green salad. The veggies were amazingly fresh and every cafe item we got came with a good helping of house made toast. Their lunch quiche was decent.. the cinnamon raisin toast that came with it was super yummy. I enjoyed coming to have a quick breakfast or early lunch here before my errand run. Thanks for the friendly and quick service. They may not be over the top friendly but they get the job done. The first and union restaurant across the hall serve up amazing breakfasts. Love the egg benny's (salmon lox and the seasonal mushroom are the best!)Parking can be a pain at times but worth circling around 6-7 times til you find a spot! Love this one stop shop for good pastries, cakes, breakfast and quick meal before my errand run. Will try to make Snohomish Bakery my weekly go to!

I have tried to support this bakery numerous times. They are unfriendly. It appears That I am inconveniencing them by being there. I will not, not ever going back. There are more friendly people that are deserving of my business.

We have been to this restaurant many times for breakfast and have enjoyed it however, yesterday we were there before 9 AM with out of state guests so we requested a-table of six and were told they only have one, and it had just been taken. Since we had a toddler that can't wait too long, we asked if we could have a table for four and the two men would sit at a separate adjoining table. The staff seemed exasperated and impatient, and told us no, we would just have to wait for the table of six that had not even yet ordered. We decided to leave and we tried Jake's for the first time and their food was very good and that will be our new breakfast location .Sad that we were treated like that, Since their food is average.

First I have to say I am really puzzled by the bad reviews of this bakery. I almost didn't go in, but the bakery I had wanted to visit was low on treats and I decided to give Snohomish Bakery a look. This is a big shop, with the bakery cafe on one side and their restaurant on the other side. Seems like a pleasant place to dine in. I can only speak to what we bought to go for taste, but everything in their pastry cases looked delicious. We got a Jewish Rye (they will slice for you upon request), and oat scone and a Morning Glory muffin. The Spouse and I are rye bread snobs. We have eaten it far and wide and it's probably both of our favorite sandwich bread. This rye bread was really excellent in its soft center, chewy crust and plentiful seeds. I would buy this loaf again without hesitation. My morning glory muffin was just sweet enough, with all of the required chunks and textures. Spouse gave his scone two thumbs up. Service was fine, it's young people working a food service job. They were perfectly lovely and got our bread loaf sliced. Honestly, ignore the weirdly poor reviews.

Ordered to go and got a sourdough baguette, a sour cherry croissant and a Gruyère bread loaf thing. All were great but wow, that Gruyère loaf was AMAZING. My tummy rumbles as I imagine the beautiful moment I took my first bite. Good times. Prices were pretty normal IMO and there is ample seating inside and out if you want to enjoy your baked goods there. I'll need to read the bad reviews since the overall star rating isn't great, but I personally was a fan and will probably go back

We visited their food truck at the Issaquah farmers market. It inspired us to drive to their Snohomish location. Worth it! My husband had sour cherry croissant, grilled cheese and soup and I had Almond croissant and quiche. We were full after the pastries.
