I get two smoothies and the total is 14 and some change. I give the girl at the window 20 in ones. She pockets the dollars and has the audacity to give me change(coins) back. You would think she would say "sir this is to much" but no I see her pocket the extra ones and try to give me coins back then puts the coins in the TIP jar when I say no thanks keep it. The extra I gave was for tip just being nice. But I guess she wasn't trained well at that job. Great smoothies though

This is actually the best Smoothie King I've ever been to. Like, I'm willing to drive past FM 1960 just to get a well made smoothie, and I was actually sad when I finished my drink. ALL SMOOTHIE KINGS NEED TO TAKE NOTES~

When it comes to smoothies, all Smoothie Kings have a good variety of smoothies but THIS location does a fabulous job at making them smooth and thick. The staff here is both nice and effective at their job, which is really important for their location.

HAIR IN SMOOTHIE!!! Do not recommend this location at all. I added pineapple to my smoothie and obviously thought it was the pineapple fibers but when I went to pull it out my mouth to my surprise, I discovered it was hair. I tried calling the store but the phone number found EVERYWHERE on Google is Not connected. Ended up calling another location and they had the same thing Google showed so she reported to district manager and replaced my drinks.

Smoothie was cool, I called up there a few times no one answered. So I pull to the window to make sure they where open and the thought I had a pick order or something & I said no I tried calling to order but nobody answered. She asked what I wanted I told her than she proceeded to tell me "next time can u order back there" & I asked her again "does y'all phone work" she then said "the phone in the office does but we are all up front" I'm sorry but I tried calling nobody answer than i was given an attitude simply because I was confused if the place was even open or not cause nobody was answering the phone. But it's cool just will not be back. Thank you.

This is the smoothie king to go to. Love the service and the hard workers... the smoothie king off of 249 is trash and the employee at night suck l. They always close early. We call to find out what time they close, they said 9:00 pm and when I went at 8:15 with my daughter and she was close already.....

First, they screwed up my order. Ordered three different chocolate smoothies and received one vanilla. Second, take off those stupid masks. Customer can't hear a word these kids are saying. Still trying to figure out how they couldn't hear what I was saying. I don't wear a mask and it doesn't help anyway. Try sneezing through a cloth mask one time and see how much gets thru. Won't be back at that location again.

Do not bother ordering from this location. I ordered some drinks, and I confirmed the price of the drinks while ordering. When going to pay, the total was more than what i was quoted while ordering. I was given an attitude by a young girl with glasses who should have honored what I was quoted, because it was their mistake. I ended paying for the drinks anyway. I asked for a few extra small cups, and she told me she would charge for them. I've been to other smoothie kings, and I've never been charged for extra cups! So I asked for a refund for my drinks. She once again, with an attitude, said she would call her boss about this and she shut the drive thru window so I couldn't even talk to her. At this point, if you value your customers, the boss should have told her to let it go and honor the price or give me the cups I requested! So then she opens the window and says she would refund me. As I'm leaving, I notice that she actually charged me AGAIN, instead of refunding me for the drinks that I returned. I will be contacting corporate to handle the matter. Hopefully the manager and this employee will learn their lesson on how to treat customers!
