While the process to initiate delivery is somewhat confusing, when we did finally receive our first delivery, we were very happy with the experience. The products were expertly packed in our very own Smith Brothers box, and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to indulge in Trophy cupcakes, as this offering was what brought Smith Brothers to our attention. The milk, eggs, yogurt, bread, ham, tortillas, salsa, etc were added delights. We are certainly hopeful that our positive delivery experience continues, as we'd love to be longtime customers.Pro-Tip: Smith Brothers offers weekly or every other week delivery, so you can tailor to your family's needs.

I have nothing bad to say about smith brothers. They deliver milk to your house that is yummy. They have other options for their weekly deliveries, but you come use them for milk. I had on bad batch, but I called their customer service and they refunded me after I showed them a video. If they had strawberry milk year round, I would be happy.

I called SBF and the woman I spoke with today regarding my need to test the product , I asked her if I can order one time delivery ... she sounded extremely lazy in answering any question I had. I heard a sigh in her voice answering to any of my questions. There was a dead air silence in replying to me. Ultimately, I thought maybe I should just go ahead and check out the website. The website clearly says something about an option for one time delivery. I placed items in shopping cart and looked for an option for one time delivery so I am not tied to receiving Same items every week or even every other week. I don't need the same items so frequently but I could not find option to select one time delivery. I went ahead and placed my order anyway thinking that I can call back and speak with a human being to make it one time delivery.When I called back the place after placing my first order, the woman who answered my phone was extremely rude in her tone. Extremely unfriendly! I asked her about the one time delivery. She said that is not an option . Either I have to receive the delivery every week or every other week I said okay then cancel my order She really didn't care and quickly said she will cancel the order!!! Wow !!!!! Bad customer service !!! Haven't tried the product so don't know about the quality of product but the service - not even one star !!!!!

Third week in a row to get milk delivered at unsafe temps (45-50 degrees) right off the truck. Ironically I wasn't even supposed to get the milk this week--I called to get a credit and cancel my account last week, apparently customer service is faulty as well. We've also heard all three weeks "I'm sorry we haven't heard about any issues with warm milk" even though I know I've personally spoken with them multiple times now about it, my neighbors are experiencing the same. Such a bummer, we enjoyed the service for years but it's gone downhill big time.

I was excited to try but delivery never arrived, i knew it sounded too good to be actually true, and after reading some other reviews maybe it's good it never showed up, but I wish I could get my money back.

They have really good dairy products which is why I keep them, but they really need to ditch the harvest box. 2 out of the 3 I have ordered have had moldy or rotten produce in them. The most recent had a tiny head of lettuce that was rotten and the description of the box said it should have been a Cascade crunch mix.

We had Smith Brothers delivery service for a short while. The products were fine but the delivery time did not work for us. Delivery was at 4 AM and the driver would come zooming up the street and would enter our driveway at a very fast speed. All our dogs would wake up and bark so even though most times I was lying in bed awake, others in the house were awakened. I canceled the service due to the fact that delivery time could not be changed. I did report to Customer Service about the driver speeding through our development. I had a neighbor mention it to me as well.I had no issues getting the service canceled.

Shady company that pries on people via dishonest practices. I highly recommend staying away. Between the woman who sold me on the service and the useless "customer service", they're only there to take your money and have no care in the world as to the deceitful practices taking place. Luckily I was able to find this in time while only taking minimal financial loss, and rotten products.

I'm writing to just sing the praises of this fine company that made things right for me when one of their delivery drivers had an unfortunate accident that damaged my car. They easily could have ignored my claim as there was no clear proof that I could hold them to, but they took full responsibility and got my car completely fixed. Many thanks to Jaireme Barrow the manager that helped me with this.Definitely a company with integrity which I can only think must apply to their products and delivery.

I LOVE Smith Brothers dairy and have been a customer for years. Imagine my surprise when I went in to make my order today only to discover that WITHOUT NOTICE they raised the minimum I have to spend to get free delivery. Two weeks ago it was $10 today it is $15 that is a big jump. More importantly they didn't advise us of the change. I called and was sorely disappointed in their reaction "we were going to do it 3 years ago" I have news for Smith Brothers since covid delivery from other sources is easier and cheaper then it was three years ago. I'm thinking through my options. The quality of your milk kept me coming this new charge feels sneaky to me.
