What's your fancy of cupcake? We have already discussed what variety to expect when you make an order. But in all the cupcakes glory we need to get to know the taste. The cupcakes here are always moist and delicious. The icing is a perfect balance with the cake portion of the cupcake. It's a happy beauty of balance. Who does not love the color pink? It's all around us especially with the new Barbie movie making it's debut into our future. Try one of the pink cupcakes that come in either vanilla or chocolate with pink frosting and sprinkles. All that glitters is golden! Shall we gather together. Who needs a reason to cupcake? Not this girl. Now just a few last words if you need to cater or have something done up for a special occasion then give your local shop a call. You can place your order ahead on line and no waiting in line. Your cupcakes will be awaiting your arrival. The staff here are super friendly and excited to come to work. Now all we have to do is decide what choice of cupcakes to have. Make your day with a special treat to share or not. But sharing is always caring so let's go for cupcakes shall we !

Extremely Disappointed - Terrible Experience with Smallcakes I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the service and experience I had with Smallcakes. I ordered a cake for my daughter's third birthday, and it turned out to be a complete disaster.Firstly, the bakery completely messed up the wording on the cake. I had sent them an email with the exact wording, but they claimed that the mistake was on the order ticket. It was clear that the baker had written the order ticket incorrectly. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for their mistake, they tried to shift the blame onto me.When I arrived at the bakery to pick up the cake, I immediately noticed the incorrect wording. I was met with no apologies and was simply informed that the baker had left for the day and the bakery would be closed the next day. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I had already prepaid for the cake and expected it to be perfect.The girl at the front desk offered to contact the manager/owner on my behalf, which I appreciated. However, the owner's response was absolutely unacceptable. When asked what they could do to fix the situation, the manager responded with a dismissive question, "What does she want me to do?" This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable.I made it clear that I wanted the cake to be fixed, but instead of taking responsibility and rectifying the mistake, the manager offered me two free cupcakes as compensation. This was insulting and showed a complete lack of understanding of the gravity of the situation. I did not want free cupcakes; I wanted the cake that I had ordered and paid for to be corrected.To make matters worse, it has been several days since this incident occurred, and I have not received any apology or follow-up from the owner. This level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.As someone who has ordered multiple custom cakes from this bakery in the past, I am deeply disappointed and will never order anything from them again. For a tiny cake that cost $100, I expected much better service and accountability. I strongly advise against patronizing this bakery, as they clearly do not stand by their work or value their customers.I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid the frustration and disappointment that I have endured.

By far the best mini cupcakes we have ever had. The staff was so helpful in helping us out with the them of my daughter's baby shower. Moist and delicious! We will go back for any special occasion we have.

I ordered a cupcake ring for a bridal shower for my future DIL and had to share! It was exactly what was envisioned! I worked with Kulsoom (and a few others) and I have to say the customer service is phenomenal at this location. Of course the cupcakes are always amazing! Thank you for making the day extra special

I have gone to them a couple times over the years and have continuously provided me with the most beautiful cakes and cupcakes, that also taste very good.

Easy ordering in store and pickup was flawless. The cake tasted great and decorated as we had asked. All in all a good experience.

Tried their "signature" pink frosting on their vanilla cupcake...store bought cupcake mix and disgusting store bought frosting. What a scam.
