I came in to redeem an online order, which apparently you can't pickup from the drive through, so I got stuck in the drive through line for 15m. There was only one car in front of me, but they took so long to make their order and I was just stuck there so by the time I got out and went inside to pickup my food, it wasn't fresh. I'd recommend going inside, but I'd warn that both times I've been here, the wait has been very long.

DO NOT EAT HERE !! No matter how hungry you are !!Go across the street Clutch City Cluckers at the gas station !!I am beyond irritated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and most importantly quality control at the south main location. I have tried to give this location 3 chances and every single time THEY HAVE COMPLETELY SCREWED UP my order ! Today was my family's last straw ! We order BBQ and buffalo wings, we get home and see just PLAIN TENDERS !! We would've excuse the miss up if it atleast had the correct sauces !! It's right here listed on the receipt ! So it went through multiple hands and eyes and still went through the drive-thru window COMPLETELY WRONG ! How does that even happen ?! This location needs to be immediately shut down because they simply can't get sh!t correct. I will be reaching out to my bank for a full refund because this was past a mistake...this is disrespect and neglect !

Disappointing Experience at a Slow Food RestaurantAugust 5th, 2:53 PMI visited this restaurant earlier today, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, I finally received my food, but to my disappointment, there was no explanation or apology for the delay. The staff simply handed me my order with a curt "here you go." I must say, it was quite disheartening.First and foremost, waiting for more than 20 minutes in line is not something anyone expects when dining out, especially during peak hours. The lack of communication from the staff regarding the delay only added to my frustration. A simple acknowledgement or an update on the wait time would have gone a long way in managing customer expectations and showing a sense of care.As a customer, I value both efficiency and quality when it comes to dining experiences. While I understand that delays can happen, it is crucial for establishments to handle them professionally. Unfortunately, this particular restaurant fell short in that aspect.Given the lack of transparency and the seemingly indifferent attitude of the staff, I cannot recommend wasting your valuable time at this slow food restaurant. It is important to patronize places that prioritize customer satisfaction and value your time as much as you do.I hope the management takes note of these shortcomings and makes the necessary improvements to provide a more pleasant dining experience for their customers. I have tried nearly every chicken establishment in the Greater Houston area. There is simply nothing that compares to the quality taste of Slim Chickens. From the bountiful sauce options to the plethora of apps, sides and desserts there is no denying that Slim's dominates its competitors in every department. When I know I'll be driving to an area of town that has a Slim Chickens, my heart flutters as I fantasize about the blissful feeling I know will overcome me when I take my first bite of golden crispy fried chicken fingers. 10/10

This is a well decorated, clean fast food spot. The service was very friendly and we were checked on while we dined inside. We ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle came in a heart shape as a seasonal item. Also ordered the cayenne ranch chicken sandwich with fried mushrooms. The chicken and waffle was good. The chicken on the sandwich was a bit dry. I was really hoping for a spicy chicken sammie but the chicken wasn't flavored, just the sauce on the bun. The mushrooms, however were BANGIN. I would order these as my side time and time again. They were very well flavored and fried to perfection.They have a great selection of teas and homemade lemonade. The raspberry tea with lemonade was a pretty good combo!I would definitely revisit but maybe try the wings next time.

I was kind of nervous after I started reading all of the negative reviews while I sat in the drive thru. BUT, they were quick and friendly so that eased my nerves while I waited on my order. I made sure to check my order since some of the reviews complained of wait times and receiving the wrong orders. My order was correct and quick! Now the taste of the salad, was OK. How does a salad taste salty? IDK, but mine was salty as heck! Perhaps it was the fried chicken tenders they added? Not sure, but I may try it again one day if I'm in the area.
