Slim & Husky’s Pizza Beeria

Slim&Husky's is one of my favorite restaurants! The food is always great and it's always a vibe whenever we dine in. I highly recommend the Smokin Herb and Nothin But A V Thang.

This is the original location. Lots has changed since I last visited any of their locations, but I understand. You now order from a computer, the beer taps aren't available, and it just didn't make me excited like it usually does; however, the pizza was good. No complaints there. Fresh, hot, flavorful, and filling. But the cinnamon rolls... divine! I promise to need to get the 2 out 6 count. 1 won't be enough!The restaurant is casual. You can dine in or get it to go. Fairly close quarters and shareable tables.

I love Slim and Husky's! They have several store fronts all around Nashville and southern parts of the United States.I really enjoy making my own pizza. I have gifted S&H for my friends who just had babies and had a meal train. I have taken colleagues out to lunch at S&H. I like all the options and it's super tasty. The pesto is my favorite. Here are my top picks:California Love- I always add Shrimp! Spinach Basil Pesto, S+H House Cheese Blend, Artichoke, Sliced Tomato Blend and Red Onion.Cee No Green- When I feel like super hungry and want all the meats...Classic Red Sauce, S+H House Cheese Blend, Ground Beef, Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon and Italian SausageThe Smokin' Herb- I get this with chicken!White Sauce is Slammin, S+H House Cheese Blend, Spinach, Red Onions and Mushrooms.It's a black owned business and it's been amazing seeing their success and supporting them every slice of the way. If you're in Nashville, make sure and try S&H.

A delicious pizza spot in Nashville! They have plenty of parking the music nice hip-hop and R&B. The food is delicious. They have a variety of drinks that you can choose from that complement the pizza. The prices are decent and the staff are friendly. The place is clean. The decor is uplifting educational and positive I love the quotes from artist in the female bathroom. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. I definitely recommend and feel this is a staple to Nashville. I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

5/5 stars. Slim and husky's never disappoints. If you live in DC, think & Pizza but on steroids. I've been coming here on and off for years and they are always top notch. Cheesy, perfectly cooked and delicious! This was my first time getting The Smokin Herb and I loved every bite of it. A MUST try!

Came in for late night food. Service was really fun,and helpful!!! We got to make our pizza the way we wanted,and it was fun!!! Delicious pizza!!! The preparer asked my name..... thought i said Korea.. we said yes,go with it.lolIt was a hilarious and great evening!!!Building was clean and kept.

I would expect nothing less than excellence from the makers of Slim and Husky's. The Rollout has amazing cinnamon rolls in an array of flavors with the best possible names. For example, their green apple with jalapeño cream cheese is called the "Ninja Tartle." Never put it past Slim & Husky's to create punny, witty names with a delicious product to back it up.My husband bought pizzas and rolls to go with a bunch of his friends. I had to swat his hands away from the two OG S&H House Rolls (brown sugar and cream cheese) he saved me from the carnage of the otherwise empty box. The cinnamon roll was light, not too greasy, slightly fluffy, and delicious even at room temperature. I can only imagine that a piping hot version would bring me to my knees (with possibly a tear or two). In all seriousness, S&H has the recipe down for both strikingly delicious pizza and rolls on the side.

I love this place...PIZZA is always delicious...they use really good ingredients..they're making some changes and we all hate change right. They not have these kiosks to order and it doesn't flow. So after you order your pizza and add everything you want you have to go back to the main screen and select "no extra toppings" to get to a checkout prompt...even though you definitely added extra toppings. It would be helpful to have a little sign to help operate the kiosks. There was a gentleman there going back and forth that would help us. You used to be able to get half and half on your pizza but they took that away which is a bummer. Still good pizza and good vibes in the restaurant. They didn't have on tap beers at this location when we went but they said they will be back soon. They usually have a great pineapple beer I love. I got the Cali Love with shrimp. I'd still go back. I gathered the changes were very new because several people were waiting to order at the counter and the gentleman had to guide them over to the kiosks and assist. I also got cinnamon rolls and OMG they were good and pretty. We went to the Broadway location in September and the cinnamon rolls were hard and nasty and didn't even look how they normally do. They definitely bounced back with those. Overall good experience and I'll be grabbing a pizza when I get on the road to go back home!

A hip hop haven. Hip hop music greets you upon entering the restaurant. Kiosks are set up for self service to place your order. Upon placing your order, you wait at a table for your order. You can observe your order being prepared due to the open prep area. I ordered the smoking' herb with chicken and a salad. The pizza was hot and delicious; however, the salad was meh. I would definitely return for the pizza but not the salad. I loved the P.R.E.A.M., (Pizza Rules Everything Around Me) hip hop inspired theme.

$10 Monday pizza!! On Monday's they have a special where you can get their pizzas for $10. That's a pretty good deal. It's like a local chipotle but for pizza! They have lots of topping options - green peppers, shredded cheese, artichokes, olives, bacon, shrimp, etc. Now the fresh mozzarella, hot chicken blend, and salmon are an extra $2 so be aware of that. The reason this review gets a 4 instead of 5 is because we came on lunch break and it was slow. Lunch is a popular time so you expect it to be slow and you have to account for that. However, we were first in line, and there was only one person working the pizza line. It took us about 35 minutes from ordering until we actually got our food. I've been before, and it only took half that long. To go along with the food and ordering, the first pizza was done about 15 minutes before the last one and these are pizzas we're taking to go so sadly they'll be a bit cold when we get home. This is one of the first times I've been at lunch time, when I've been before it's been quick and efficient. The pizza is delicious and warm and cheesey. The pizza in the picture has the hot chicken blend and regular chicken, olives, cheese. You can eat a whole one and not feel so guilty! I will be back but not during lunch time. They also have outdoor seating if you want to grab a bite some time in the nice weather.
