I had never been to one of these locations but we enjoyed our slices. I especially was surprised with a tasty chicken sausage one. The portions are large. Great place for a quick slice!

The Nutella bites are the best thing to happen to Nutella since Nutella. I've had their pizza too, it's better than most pizza places. Bottom's crunchy and the pepperoni doesn't leave you with heart burn.

Been there twice through the Slice-Thru (drive-thru). The cashier Alex is very kind and friendly. The pizza is pretty good. Could've been hotter though. The garden salad was fresh both times. I think the garden salad would be even better either banana peppers (rather than peppercinni) and maybe a little oil and vinegar. Their balsamic vinegarette is super good. Salad comes with complimentary garlic bread. I'll be back again next time I return to Chicago!

My order was wrong one time i ordered cheese fries but got wings instead. Decided to give slice factory another chance tonight, but I was very disappointed when I ordered sausage pizza and got pineapple instead. I am very allergic to pineapple and couldn't go back to get my order fixed. Never going back to this place. Can't even get my order right when I'm the only customer there.

Visited the facility on June 12,2023. I ordered the combo with the pizza salad and drink. They didn't have French dressing for the salad that was a red flag for me I should have left: the salad was threw together with onions everywhere and a couple sliced up eggs and tomatoes. I went back through the drivethrough and asked if I could get fries instead of the salad and she wanted me to pay for fries and give her the salad back. Why am i paying you for fries when you could've just swapped it out. Then she asked me if I still had the salad when I just told her I literally was there less than five minutes. They just lost a customer I won't be going back ! Too money hungry!
