I loved the blackened salmon salad. It's a bit inconsistent though. I got the blackened salmon salad and it's delish! Comes with raisins, parmesan, and some nuts. Also the dressing is delicious and refreshing. The salmon is cooked very well!I loved it!

Service was friendly and the food was standard airport quality. Grilled cheese wasn't grilled but toasted. It wasn't bad but not awesome. Tomato soup was good. The fish and chips were good, especially the jalapeño aioli.

Horrible with a capital H. Bad service. Very slow. Waitress/hostess rude. Water spilled on floor and they did not bother to come clean it up. We threw paper towels down as a flag to clean and they still ignored even though the saw the mess. Slipping hazard. Now to the food and drink. Had the chub sandwich since they ran out of waffle mix at 6 am. really? The chub was gross with Brie Cheese melted to a messy sauce consistency. Breakfast sandwich covered in an arugula vinegary salad. Yuck. Side of potato's inedible. Chewed and spit out. I could not swallow. Even the olive in Bloody Mary tasted weird. Sorry salad on eggs is not my thing. Would have liked the chicken and waffles more. Too bad they ran out of

I was really looking forward to eggs and bacon for breakfast and was thrilled to find the perfect place for such, right near my departure gate. Served quickly and as ordered. Friendly, efficient staff.

Something has changed at the airport Skillet. So far this is just one experience. The folks here are fabulous: please tip your server. Strike one: oil based coffee whitener on the table and charging for milk for coffee, Strike two: the little things this place is famous for are missing like those sunflower seeds on the side salad and on the sandwich. Please don't get me wrong, the food is still good, and miles better than much of the garbage in the airport. But something is changing in the wrong direction here... Has someone hired an "efficiency consultant" to find ways to deflower a fabulous institution for a few bucks? Has the airport gotten bloodthirsty for rent to pay for the continuous "improvements?" Stay tuned to see if it is strike 3 or just an off day.

Flight got delayed.. Skillet to the rescue!It took them a few minutes to seat us in. There wasn't too many people when we came in, the seating arrangement was nice and cozy. In fact, my husband picked this place merely because they have cute little booth that looks comfortable. Bonus point: they ha e plugs for charger! Ordered tomato soup and Cobb salad. Tomato salad was AMAZING! It was mild, not too tangy, and perfectly seasoned. Maybe missing some croutons ;)Cobb salad looks awful, but don't get deceived by it's appearance! They actually tasted really good. The blue cheese, mmmmmhh so good! The dressing was on point and not overpowering. Oh! And the server are all really nice. 5 star for them!

It's been awhile since I tried this place out again. Sadly, I'm not as impressed during my last visit. Perhaps my palate matured since the last time. I also should probably lower my expectations since it is an airport restaurant.I tried the breakfast burrito. It just did not taste freshly made to me. The portions aren't bad, but I would like good quality. Their coffee was meh. You're better off getting coffee at the cafe across from the restaurant. The staff is nice though.

I was so stoked to see Skillet restaurant was in the airport!! I love their food so was hoping to have the same quality food here.Prices were reasonable for airport pricing. Ordering is easy through the QR code, you can also pay through your phone also. Super easy and convenient when you want to get your food and get out of there quickly. They will also take your order if you want service that way.Service was great I only got an ice water but they came by a few times to check on me, drop off my food, and make sure it was tasting ok.I got the Chilaquiles. The flavor was delicious and it was a large portion that filled my up. The only negative was they use thin tortilla chips instead of the thick ones I've had with chilaquiles before, so they got soggy quickly. I will order with sauce on the side next time.

I got seated pretty fast and my server took my order right away. The food came out quick too. I ordered the "Your Way". The eggs were cooked to order, the bacon was a little limp, but it tasted good. The potatoes were a little overdone, but they were still edible. I'm sure the staff is still getting trained, as this location is pretty new. My biggest feedback is to keep my coffee filled... coffee is life...Good service, good food!

$17.99 for a terrible margarita is insane. I get that it's an airport restaurant but that's still an absurd price for a margarita. Especially one that tasted awful. Thank god I asked for water when she offered a second drink. Loaded grilled cheese was decent and tomato basil soup was good. But my meal cost as much as my drink!
