Item(s) ordered: Cortado, flat white, raspberry crumb barThe Review: Sip of Joy truly lived up to its namesake. The owner was very kind and when I was on the fence about the cold brew, offered a taste test. They care about their beans and order them fresh from George Howell. The raspberry crumb bar apparently was "omg so good". They also had a number of other delectable items including a pumpkin cheesecake. There is limited outdoor seating but if you can get it, it's a really nice South End experience. Will be back!

Sip of Joy is a bright, modern and somewhat scandi-chic cafe The service is friendly and welcoming. There are counter/stools individual tablesand a large communal table.I got a warmed up simit (a relative of a bagel and a less-sweet Jerusalem bagel) and cream cheese and an iced chai. Both were very good.No breakfast sandwiches but quiche, pasties are available.

Great cozy cafe. The staff are super friendly and most of the drinks are made from scratch. The cafe is small and has a small outdoor patio. I highly recommend the matcha lemonade, it is not too sweet but very refreshing.

Sip of Joy is a lovely spot in the South End to enjoy a drink and pastry. The service is friendly, and the space is bright and welcoming. There are different types of seating, including counter stools and a large table.I got a plain croissant that was warmed up, and an iced chai latte. Both were tasty, but while I wouldn't get the croissant again, there were other treats that I want to try in the future.

Owner is a sweetheart! He was super welcoming and gave us a wonderful explanation behind each dish. He really cares about his customers and makes sure everyone is happy. The place is bright and cozy, which makes it a perfect work spot! The food was also yummy. The simik was covered in sesame and had a great chew, the cheese borek was oozing with cheese but had a delicious flaky crunch, the baklava was my favorite -- flaky, nutty, and not too sweet, and the spinach pie was light and filling. Their turkish coffee was also pretty good! I'd recommend asking for his opinion on the sugar level before you order.

The Turkish coffee was really good and subtly sweet! I loved the small Turkish delight that came with it too. Pastries were delicious, decor very cute, and staff were very friendly. A bit on the pricier side. One person was camped out working but most were there to briefly have a quick bite and coffee.

The best addition to the South End!!First I'd like to appreciate that they open at 6am most of the week, so it's a great place to stop by before work or if you're just an early bird. I went during the week just before 7am for a hot Turkish coffee (slightly sweetened), and Simit (Turkish bagel), and couldn't resist the milky baklava which is an absolute must. Although I would've liked it better if I shared it with someone, but it was just me and I was feeling ambitious. No regrets to eating that all before my day even started *laugh emoji*I got a pogaca (Turkish bread) here but I was not the hugest fan of it cause I liked it somewhere else. Skip this one if you need to and just get the milky baklava!!The interior is super pretty, with blue tile tables and chairs outside and a cozy spot inside. It does get pretty toasty in there though, so I prefer sitting outside. The owners there are so sweet and welcoming. I've only gone two times, but I can't wait to go many more!!

Super cute new cafe in south end with cozy, comfortable space to study, read, or catch up with friends, which I was here for on a weekend afternoon. I tried their turkish coffee lightly sweetened as recommended as I typically add a dash of milk to my coffee. Paired with the turkish delight it was as lovely as the interior and the cups and saucers they were served on. It is relatively small so I imagine it could get busy, but it was perfect for our purposes that day.
