Great spot!I got the seasonal berry blossom frappe and my bf got the vietnamese latte. Both were great. The person taking our order was really helpful and answered any questions we had. Inside was nicely decorated and there were a good amount of people doing work/just hanging out.

A busy coffee shop says big things about the quality of the coffee. I was in the area, saw the place and decided to give it a try. The Brown Sugar Coffee Latte was awesome. There was plenty of places to sit, but the place was super busy when I was there. The servers were friendly and did well with the oder. The coffee came out promptly and was the perfect temperature.

Sip House is a cute little cafe located in U-District on 50th street. We stopped by after grabbing a quick bite at another place in the area looking for a caffeine fix! I ordered the Iced Ube Coffee Latte (16 oz.) and an Iced Pistachio Cream Latte (16 oz.). Out of the two drinks, we liked the Pistachio Cream Latte more in terms of flavor and sweetness. You could really taste the pistachio coming through the latte. The Ube Coffee Latte was pretty and purple, but it had more of a coffee taste, which is not a bad thing. I was just hoping to taste more of the ube flavoring in there. The service here is good from the little interactions we had from ordering and picking up our drinks once they were ready. There is also a bathroom in the cafe, if needed by customers. There are lots of little tables in the cafe that can seat two people, but most people were just occupying each table as individuals since it looks like everyone was studying.

I came to sip house at noon on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed!! Despite this, I was able to find counter seating and drinks were made fast. As soon as I stepped in, I was in awe of the pretty decor, the cafe is filled with wall art and paper lanterns. They also sold merch - tote bags, shirts, and even cups! I had to take a couple minutes to look over the menu because everything looked SO good! I ended up getting the pistachio cream latte ($7) which I really enjoyed! It leaned on the heavy/sweet side because of the cream, but It's perfect if you have a sweet tooth. I also split a croissant with my friend and it was filled with nutella/chocolate! It was surprisingly filling and good to share. There were many people with their laptops out working, but I question if it's a good study spot because of how bustling it was. I would say it's a really cute place to catch up with a friend or grab a latte though! The location is also great, we ended up walking across the street to the Sunday market to look around, then down the ave to shop. I think it's a really cute cafe with quality drinks so stop by before your shopping trip!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Seattle!! I've been here several times and the pistachio cream latte is my favorite. The interior is cute and has a lot of merch (stickers, clothing, etc) available. Drinks come out quickly. A lot of people come here to do work, so seating isn't guaranteed.Matcha coffee latte: I've ordered this once and it was great! Good mix of matcha and coffee together. Ube coffee latte: I've ordered this twice and it was okay. The taste isn't consistent.Pistachio cream latte: I don't like pistachios but this is my favorite thing here. The cream taste isn't too heavy. I recommend getting less sugar. Matcha green tea: solid and nothing to rave about.I've also tried the bacon omelet melt and garlic cream cheese bread. I wouldn't get either again.I want to try other drinks on the menu, but the pistachio cream latte is my automatic go-to each time.

The cafe is pretty spacious! There are a couple tables. Lots of people working. They had cute decorations up for Lunar New Year.I got the coffee crema. It was pretty good! I loved the crema on top. The coffee itself was good as well. My friend got the pistachio cream latte. She loves it and comes here often. Would come again to try the other drinks!

The lychee lemongrass green tea with boba was pretty good. The boba was fresh too. Unfortunately they were out of all their food except their turkey and I'm a vegetarian so I wasn't able to try the food. The staff were fine, though seemed unsure of how to respond to the houseless individual pacing about the front of the store between various tables for about 30 minutes or more. He seemed distressed and was also disrupting others. Perhaps more support for the staff in this regard would be helpful. Other than that the ambiance was very peaceful and it made a good place to read or study. The lack of bathroom even for customers did seem somewhat strange though. I might come back in the future and hopefully try the food.

Great spot for Vietnamese coffee and coffee in general. It was cool to see where the beans come from and dairy behind it with the infographics on display. Great ambiance for working- not loud or too quiet and lots of seating options. Friendly staff too!

This spot has such unique and attractive drinks which is very appealing to someone like myself. I knew I had to stop by when I was in the area, and there were so many options that I had such a hard time deciding what to get. In the end, I felt it was only right to start with the ube latte.The inside is really spacious and I believe this place is Vietnamese owned? The drink came out fast and was absolutely gorgeous. While it was pretty, I didn't think it was anything too special. The ube flavor wasn't that prominent and neither was the coffee flavor. I was originally interested in trying their entire menu after having such a hard time deciding what to get, but I'm not sure I still will. They do look interesting though!

Perfect place to study and enjoy good coffee! I've gone twice this month and I have enjoyed both drinks that I have purchased. Drinks come out quick and are made with quality. Seating in the shop is placed by windows so it is naturally lit and helps lighten up the mood of studying, especially with all of the plants.
