Sinjeon Food SYS

This place is a hidden gem & I love it! Located inside H Mart, you get great rapokki & other Korean street stall style dishes. I always get the tuna mayo rice with a side of fried pumpkin because it just tastes sooo good when combined. You get a little bit of everything! Bonus, I also make my own miso soup on the side that I got from H Mart to make it a full meal for lunchtimes during work! It just makes me so happy to have a little bit of everything, plus it's absolutely delish! You won't regret getting anything here. Side note, their spicy is VERY spicy... go for mild :)

Sinjeon Food Sys is one of the options available at the food court inside of Zion Market. As soon as you walk into Zion, the food court will be to your right. You can dine in or take out. If you dine in, there are plenty if tables and chairs available. There is a large parking lot out front, so usually no issues with finding a spot. The staff at Sinjeon was nice, but food seemed to take a while even though there were only one or two customers ahead of us and did not look like they had big orders. We ordered the Spam Mayo Bowl. This bowl has layers of steamed white rice, chopped up spam, a cheese mayo sauce, and strips of egg and dried seaweed. It may sound simple, and it is, but it is very good!! There is enough of everything so that you can have it all in every single bite. The only tiny complaint we had was that there was way too much seaweed. We like seaweed, but we had to start pushing some of it off too the side as it it was making it too salty. We thought that the bowl was a perfect size for the two of us. Left us satisfied, but with a little bit of room left over in case we wanted something else to eat or drink. We will definitely be back for more of these bowls and to try other items, as well.

The most disrespectful place I've been to. Their friends were still there drinking at 1am but when we came in and sat down at 110am, they said, we are closed and we had to leave. This is after they gave us a bottle. When we asked, why the other tables were there, they told us that the other tables had their drinks before 1. So.....we still get our drinks but we are on a time limit unlike anyone else?

Note: this is for an Uber Eats delivery.I was craving and decided on getting delivery from here. I got a medium because I def wanted the heat but omg...y'all...I'm breathing fire!! I'm OG Korean and the medium was spicy to the point of pain. It's delicious but I have to compare this to the buldak sauce on spicyness. Had to cut up some onion I had in the house, add water, and reheat it, and it's only justttt bearable enough now but still really spicy. Recommend sticking to mild unless you want the pain!

Unquestionably delicious, but very overpriced. This is a street food in Korea. It should be half the current price. And I waited over 40 minutes to pick up the food.

Two words: RICE CAKEMy girlfriend was raving about this place and it's sauce. It is really spicy and tasty! Has a bit of curry which makes it stand out. Got the Family Set B and had a food coma in our hotel room later. Too good.

This place is overall spicy. Their spicy levels are mild, regular, and spicy. Mild is already spicy enough. They don't even have traditional kimbap, and that's spicy too. Their portions are too much and to expensive to pay for and finish it all. I don't think many ethnic Koreans would like this place, as my Korean parents also said. That's why I feel it couldn't last in Zion market or even now. The store next door is helping this place manage it while it's actual place is closed down. I was really looking forward to this place, but my expectations have fallen and I am not returning.
