Sinister Swine

OH.... WOW, the Brisket is outta this world and so are the people at Sinister Swine.... so wonderful.I drive 20-25 miles to get there, wherever their truck lands. It is worth it and then some!

Great group of people who make a delicious BBQ! We visit this when we see it at the Tractor Supply. This time I picked up some cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting for my neighbors. Picked up some pulled pork, baked beans and elote for hubby. Lean and delish!

I guess I should've known by the way you parked your food truck perpendicular at the TSC that the brisket wouldn't last...Friendly people, great tasting BBQ.The chopped brisket was fatty and flavorful, like Rudy's, but not overpowered by smoke like Rudy's.The pulled pork had a deep finish, the kind that would make a great carnitas. Throw that in a frying pan with hot oil, and work up some crispy bits. Ole!We polished our trays off in the car, and then went back for seconds, anticipating what new delights we will create at home with them.I did see photos of "sinister swine rolls" on Yelp, but they weren't on the menu, so I can only hope they are as good as Bobby-Q's Q-rolls.

My absolute most favorite BBQ in the entire Valley. Hands down. They hold "meet and eats" at least once a month, you'd be missing out if you haven't attended at least once! Their meat speaks for itself and you can tell because of the line every time they hold an event. Even side dishes are amazing. It's all super addicting. I'm often asking when their next monthly event is it's so good!!!!! Hey guys, I need your meat in my mouth, let's plan something! lol! Ty is a master at the BBQ and Sabrina is the Cupcake / Desert Queen. They have both won awards in their respective categories, we are proud to have them out here in the West Valley. The absolute dedication to what they make, you taste it in every bite. Give them a try, you won't regret it. They also offer full catering menu.

Amazing sliders! Packed with delicious flavors! The sides were also great. Definitely coming back for more.

Finally!!! Delicious BBQ in Surprise!! It's in the start up phases now but this food truck is going to be amazing! My husband and I had the Rib plate with their Mac and cheese and superb beans! We also ordered the Swine rolls that are filled with pulled pork, cole slaw, and Mac and cheese... then deep fried to perfection! Pair with their white sauce and foodgasm. The ribs don't need sauce but we got a side of their spicy bbq sauce and it paired very well with the ribs and just abouT everything else lol. The plate also can me with a homemade roll and cinnamon butter! Also, scrumptious. They have pickled cucumbers and onions which are nice to eat on the side and I can see how they would pair well with the pulled pork because of the crunch and flavor. We look forward to this food truck being open soon! Melt in your mouth flavors!!

This was my first time and wow! The flavor this bbq had in it was amazing! Every bite I took had the perfect balance of flavor! I can't wait to try more!!! This is a 10-10. Great people who make amazing food!

I was able to try the pudding and it was amazing. I haven't had one thing from them that isn't good. I recommend them.

Where do I start? I've been meaning to try this place out for about at least a year. I'm sooo happy I finally did. The first thing I ordered from here was a full pan {9} of cinnamon rolls. Topped with butter and icing and boyyyy were they delicious. Between my husband, our three kids and I, they were gone within a few hours. Lol we are HOOKED.So of course the following week, we were back and this time, not only did we order the last two pans of cinnamon rolls that were left, but we just had to tryout their famous BBQ food. I ordered a brisket sandwich and Mac n cheese, my husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich and Mac and then we split an order of brisket street tacos. We ordered around 11:30am and unfortunately I didn't get around to eating until around 8:30pm that night. Even though it had been a full 9 hours until I was able to eat my food, I can still proudly say that their brisket sandwich is the best I've ever had, bar none. The Mac n cheese was exactly as it should be, creamy and cheesy. The street tacos brought a whole new flavor element to our meal. We're talking PACKED with flavors. My husband was absolutely satisfied with his meal as well. I cannot wait to go back and order another brisket sandwich, but this time, actually be able to eat it as soon as it's ready! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good BBQ meal. Not to mention, the owners are pretty cool too! We'll be back sooner rather than later. I might actually start standing on a random street corner holding up a sign that says "Will work for Sinister Swine BBQ food" Haha

I couldn't recommend Sinister Swine any higher. We had a large church party and not only was the pulled pork and chicken a huge hit, but their service was top notch. Sabrina worked with me every step of the way! She even followed up the next day, to see how the event went. We will order from them again in the future!
