Simply Panini

Delicious panini! I got the toasted steak but subbed the swiss cheese for provolone because I hate swiss cheese. My eight year old would have loved the 'pull'...cheese stretched for days! So good. Folks working were lovely and speedy, obviously well loved in the community. Definitely going to have to come back and try another one!

Really enjoyed my first trip to this spot! It's in a convenient spot off commerce for a lot of the businesses there. The shop is pretty small with only six or so bar type seats available, there are outdoor tables but it's was a bit too cold for that today.I had the Cali Chicken Panini and was overall very satisfied. The best part was probably the bread, you get a choice between white, wheat, sourdough, or focaccia. I got the focaccia which was very soft inside and perfectly grilled on the outside. Veggies were fresh and loved that they used red onion! The only downside was that it was a bit messy with the liquid from the tomato as well as the sauce which was only okay. Still a good sandwich and they had plenty of other options that I'll be back to try.Prices were about average for the area, maybe slightly less at 11 for the Panini.

I was very happy to try this place. I had never seen it or heard of it but my wife wanted to try it out. Its a small cute shop downtown. They make breakfast sandwiches and its pretty quick and easy... unfortunately I dont think we will be here too often. Its one of the Tacoma shops that is only open on the weekdays. There is another sandwich shop downtown that does this and it was also awesome but probably rarely visited by us. The reason these shops are able to do this is that they serve the Tacoma workforce and dont need to keep open during the weekend. I completely respect this move and glad they are able to maintain business only on the weekdays.

This place is amazing for a quick light breakfast bagel. Would definitely recommend coming here and esting

Grabbed lunch here today and got the Cali Chicken Press, with chicken, avocado, tomato, onion, pepperjack and chipotle mayo, all on focaccia. The sandwich was nicely toasted, and they didn't skimp on the avocado.The cafe was clean, and there were a bunch of ads for delicious (albeit sugar-loaded) espresso beverages as you walk in. I'll have to stop by another time when I plan on working the sugar off later in the day! The seating seemed slim, just a few bar-style seats, but I was getting my food to go and didn't mind.

the food was great, the staff was wonderful, conveniently located in Tacoma downtownworth for my time, money and appetite. definitely visit again. recommend this place to everyone

Simply Panini makes mouthwatering paninis and a pretty darn decent iced coffee if you ask me. I've been there once before years ago when I was in the area after someone recommended them to me but I mostly just get my food delivered from them through Uber eats since I don't really go into downtown Tacoma anymore. Normally I get the breakfast sandwiches which have always been great but switched it up recently and tried a couple of their lunch menu items. If you like your sandwiches with a little bit of a kick, I highly recommend the jalapeño grilled cheese ! The gyro press panini is also very good, the flavor you'd expect from a classic gyro sandwich but instead of a pita it's on your choice of their bread. I went with wheat for the gyro and sourdough for the grilled cheese. The coffee can be a little too strong for me at times but it's normally good. I like the iced mochas and lattes with non fat milk and coconut flavor added. They have a variety of different milks and flavors you can add to the coffee drinks if you wish to. Overall, it's a great place to check out for breakfast or lunch.

Nice little Mom & Pop store in downtown Tacoma. Location was clean, service was fast, and Berry Salad was yummy. I thought it was a good serving size for the amount paid. Close to where I was staying. Would stop by again if ever in town.

The paninis are delicious, very clean inside, friendly staff, and amazing coffee! Would highly recommend!
