Such good food! We have this food truck once a week at work. I really like the muffuletta, the cuban, a lot of people get the Green Goddess. Blake and his team are really great.

Tried this truck out while they were parked at UCSD. I ordered the Cuban panini and it was delicious! Paid 16$ with tax and I wasn't expecting such huge sandwich. From my experience food trucks cost a lot and they give little portions but not was I wrong! All the flavors in a Cuban sandwich were hitting and I must say I'll def be buying from them again!

My little guy and I had lunch from Simply Fresh yesterday at the La Mesa Arts Festival, and now I'm obsessed. The basil marinara that you sell with the grilled cheese bites.... OMG. I would absolutely buy it by the jar if it is available! I had the buffalo chicken sandwhich, and it was delicious and so much food!Looking forward to the next time! I will be stalking the calendar.

Blake and his team catered our wedding reception this summer. Simply Fresh had an amazing menu and huge meal portions. All our guests were pleased with the food. He did an amazing job handling a large group. We would definitely use him again for events as the service and food quality were excellent.

Amazing food, excellent service. This food truck has really good food. The Owner Blake goes above and beyond for his customers.

The food was delicious! The service was superior! And their vibe and ambience was right up my Alley ! Hope to see them again soon at my office !

I can't believe I haven't left a review yet, I love this truck! 5/5!!!Hands-down the Green Goddess Veggie Wrap is slammin'! Personally I like to add cheese to mine. But the wrap has super fresh ingredients like lettuce, tomato, avocado, sprouts, cucumber, and more. It also comes with this really tasty Dijon sauce. Be sure to ask for a side of their chipotle ranch to go with it. Bomb! Honestly, prior to going vegetarian I never would have tried it. Now that I'm flexing between vegetarian and carnivore, I really look forward to this wrap. Plus the people on the truck are really nice and can get your order out quickly. I can't wait till they come back!Thank you Simply Fresh...the name says it all!Get you some!

Another great food truck experience through my office lunch program.Simply Fresh food truck came by today and offered a green goddess wrap, buffalo soldier chicken sandwich, and a pulled pork and rice plate.The people working in the truck were very nice, accommodating, and offered some options if you didn't like some of the items that came with the meal.I went with the pulled pork plate, which came with pulled pork, on a bed of white rice, and some scallions.While the presentation did not look like much it was outstanding and tasted delicious. The Pork was pull apart yummy melt in your mouth, and the rice was cooked perfectly. It went together very well. I enjoyed it.You also got your choice of chips or celery slaw, I opted for the chips.My coworker got the buffalo soldier chicken sandwich on a brioche bun so I posted some pics of that as well. Definitely a nice presentation to that sandwich.

My friends hired Simply Fresh to cater their wedding. This food truck knocked it out of the park! There were three appetizers -- I think it was tomato basil soup, mac and cheese, and avocado salad -- and three entree choices: a bbq pulled pork sandwich, a chicken and rice dish, and the green goddess wrap. The apps were a fun and tasty intro, and the sandwich did not disappoint. The barbecue sauce and cole slaw complemented each other and the pork very well.The only downside for Simply Fresh catering was that they ran out of the chicken dish much sooner than the others. It's hard to blame anyone for that, though, as I imagine the bride and groom ordered ahead based on which dish they thought would be most popular.I would be very happy to attend another wedding or function that Simply Fresh was catering!

Good food, good people, definitely recommend! The Pulled Pork sandwich was 12/10, but the California Wrap is also very solid.
