Simply Espresso and subs

Beware of mold in pre-packaged food items. This place used to be great, but since the change in management, product is not properly rotated. I no longer feel comfortable ordering food made-to-order.

A small place but great food, good coffee and wonderful service! If you stop in and it isn't crowded don't be afraid to chat with the owner, Sharon. Very friendly and a nice place to grab a bite!

It was OK. Walked in, lady at the counter thought I already knew what I was going to order, Kept asking what I would like. They have a big menu, so takes time, give me a minute!Ordered the spinach omelette and it was just that, the omelette, nothing else to it in the plate! Coffee was really good! Place is clean, food was decent, nothing to brag home about, but I would definitely add or garnish the plates with something.

Spinach omelette was just a big pile of frozen spinach covered in cheese. Coffee tasted terrible! Service was nice. Location is good. But overall no way I would return

Husband and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We walked in, and stood at the front counter for a bit. The lady at the register looked right at us, no smile, no hello, no conversation initiation, nothing. I finally looked at her and said "hi" and she gave me a half hearted hello and cracked the tiniest smile. And from there on out it was awkward and my husband and I had to carry on the order. It felt so strained. The sandwiches we ordered were good but they come with nothing extra. No garnish, nothing. Overall it was ok, the place was very clean but I did not feel welcomed at all and I am a big customer service fanatic.

Nice little deli on market street in down town Tacoma! They have everything from fried rice to hamburgers to awesome deli sandwiches. Simply also has breakfast sandwiches and really good breakfast burritos. They don't skimp on food so prepare yourself.

Great spot with a variety of options for breakfast lunch and some dinner options. Staff is very friendly and they remember repeat customers. The food is great !!You gotta try the Burger Mania sandwich!!

Owner and staff are very friendly. My friend and I dropped by and ordered some sandwiches and friend rice. We couldn't decide what to get so we ordered more than one for each of us and some to go for later. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was so delicious. Cuban sandwiches are hard to find sometimes, but this was so good. Generous on the meat that I got full with just half the sandwich. We also ordered the House Special Fried Rice to share and OMG was the bomb! Such buttery, hot goodness!! As an Asian, this tasted better than the usual fried rice. My friend ordered the Tuna Melt sandwich and Egg Salad sandwich. So good, we are definitely coming back!

Quality food at a fair price with a great location. The service is fine - unless you are gifted to have (I believe) the owner help you. The Asian woman that manages the front of the deli is friendly to a point, once you are done - get the hell out of the way... a fake smile could be offered as part of the "process" to move their customers through. It would go a long way to slow down just a couple of clicks and make it personal.
