Start of the design process about three weeks before I needed the cake for my son's 11th birthday. He's a huge friends fan, so I thought it would be cool to get him a custom cake. I let them know I wanted a boy's theme cake with more quotes from the guys than the gals. She knew I wanted the couch and the famous picture frame. What we got was handwritten quotes on edible backgrounds and a frame. The F.R.I.E.N.D.S wasn't even put on the cake like the examples I sent. I gave it two start because the cake itself tasted decently good

Time and time again I am thoroughly impressed with all the staff at this bakery. I go here for every cake I get now, and they have done an exceptional job every single time. The staff is all very friendly, thorough and precise. This is the latest cake I got (first pic is why I sent them, second pic a what I received!) and not only did it look AMAZING, it tasted amazing too. This is the incredibly amazing cake they made for my birthday. It was delicious and impressive, and the filling and icing were frickin' perfect.This company has also been so amazing to work with. We had a snafu with our Mother's Day cake (our fault!!) and they were truly wonderful in getting it solved.We're gonna do more business with them in the future, for sure.

I normally do all of my own baked goods, however, unable to do them myself this time I called here for a couple dozen cupcakes for a bridal shower. The staff were so pleasant, able to meet my needs and the cupcakes came out beautifully! They also tasted very good. I'm a baker myself so I'm super picky and these tasted and looked delicious. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
