Worst West Indian food in Metro Atlanta. Don't do it. Tried them tonight using TooGoodtoGo before ordering for the family tomorrow. They gave me broken bones over stale rice. Handed me my order with no bag and no utensils? Who does that? Outside of being insulted the food was terrible!! Just a heads up to anyone wondering what this place is all about.

I never patronized this place until they started coming to my job in Gwinett as part of this food service named Fooda. Once a week they travel from East Point to Gwinett to sell/serve a set menu. I intially started off wity the carrot cake. It was very good. Not overly sweet and definitely not dry. The next time they came I decided to get the Jerk Chicken, rice and peas and cabbage. I felt like I wasted my money. The portions were skimpy for the money they charging. They give you a dab of rice and a dab of cabbage. It doesn't even fill the space in the plate. The chicken was excessively dry and overcooked not to mention so hot I couldn't really taste the flavor of the jerk seasoning. The cabbage was raw. Please stop serving raw cabbage. It is not coleslaw. And whatever you do put a decent amount of food on the plate. You guys come once a week yet you still hold back on the portions. Furthermore I live 2 miles from your restaurant and would love to be a regular because you are in my community and you are black owned but not if I'm not getting my money's worth. Just food for thought. I would love to try your food again and brag about it. Many employees complain about the same thing.

I have been craving a plate of Jamaican food and called and ordered ahead. We got 2 plates of Jerk Chicken and 2 patties. She told me 10 minutes, and the food was ready when I got there 10 minutes later. It was hot inside, but not really a concern to me since I wasn't going to eat in.The food was so hot and so delicious. WOW. I've had a lot of jerk chicken around the city at many places but none ever compared to my best friends family recipe until now. It was the perfect amount of heat, smokiness, and flavor. We also found thyme twigs in our rice and peas which is a calling card for the food being the real deal!I would have posted photos but it was gone that fast!

I ended up going here for Atlanta restaurant week and the meal did not disappoint. I do wish they had bigger portions but the flavor was great. They also had great music playing. The food came out hot and fresh. We also got the sorrel and the ginger Freshly made juices! We got the sampler of the oxtails the jerk chicken the curry chicken and goat. Like I said the flavor was good but honestly it had more bones than meat unfortunately. The Restaurant is a decent size but dark inside giving it a club type of feel while eating. So all in all I would go back if I were in the area.Check it out if you're in east point and want some Jamaican food!

This spot is in the Carriage Station Plaza in East Point. It seems that they've either just opened or are experiencing the effects of COVID-19. Please bring your patience and be prepared to wait. Too, if you have issues with warm temps, you might do better to call in ahead of time, or relax in the a/c in your car. Some of the staff wore masks, which seemed to be the ones working front of house. The runner who brought each item up was not masked. There is outdoor seating and masks are required for entry. There is no indoor dining available at this time. After a good wait, my order of curry vegetables and rice and peas with plantains came out. The food was hot, which is the biggest plus. The rice and peas were flavorful. The veggies need a wee bit of help, as they were bland. If I'm in a pinch on this side of town, I'd call in an order just for the rice and peas. Otherwise, I couldn't see driving from town to this spot. The wait is too long, the heat inside is too hot, and the food is just okay.

Good Mawnin Y'all,It's your boy, the groovy movie foodie and today I'm going to give you the scoop dish diddly on the good, the bad, and the expialidocious about Silver's Delight. Supercalifragilistically speaking of course.Let's get it on!!!The Good Good...The ginger drinks were on point. I would dare say they have the best pure ginger drink in the Atl. Portion sizes are decent. Cabbage and plantains were scrumdiddlyumptuous. The Bad...So many bones... the meat was delicious but I had to put in a solid 15 minutes of deboning it for consumption.~The Expialidocious~For the take home foodies, looking for a groovy movie to go with this dining experience, I would pair it with a cool runnings and a reggae punch.

I have driven past this Restaurant for years, when I decided let me check it out. The jerk chicken was the Lunch special ($8) and was it ever delicious. It came with a tasty bowl of chicken noodle soup, and the most delicious homemade lemonade. The Chef came out to say hello and the service was excellent. I highly recommend stopping in for lunch or dinner. Plus, the Chef told me they have a dance party on Friday and Saturday!

We just ate there to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was excellent. The servings were large and satisfying. The hospitality was wonderful and warm. The pricing was reasonable. We had oxtail dinner, curried chicken, curried chicken salad to go, plantain, lemonade and ginger beer. My husband was served carrot cake as a courtesy for his birthday and it was excellent, better than my own. It was made in house. I highly recommend this restaurant.
