Silverlake Ramen

We absolutely loved this place! The inside was super clean and the staff was very nice. The decor is pretty. I like how there's a 360 view of the restaurant no matter where you sit. We ordered the Chicken Karaage, Garlic Truffle Ramen, Classic Ramen, Shrimp Tempura Roll and Gyoza. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. My husband is a huge ramen eater. Me, not so much. However, after tasting this ramen, I see a lot of ramen in my future from here. The broth had so much depth of flavor. With my favorite part being all the added veggies. The portion size was really big and matched the price point perfectly. The chicken was extra crispy and I appreciated that they gave me teriyaki sauce on the side. The sushi was fresh and the gyoza was fried to perfection!We'd definitely be back!

Ordered to go on a Saturday evening. The parking lot was packed due to the comedy club in the same plaza. The Garlic Truffle Ramen was $18.79. The broth and noodles/ingredients were packaged separately. Kale in ramen is unexpected, but it worked and soaked up the broth. The mushrooms were nicely seasoned. I concur with other reviewers- it's a good bowl of ramen, for Arizona. We don't have as many options as Cali, so take what you can get!

Good Day."We just got back from Las Vegas, where it is currently experiencing record-breaking highs, only to be welcomed back with more record-breaking highs in Phoenix. Why wouldn't I choose hot broth and curly noodles for lunch?I got the $20 Classic Ramen combo with the 4pc. fried gyoza. I also ordered some Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna on the side for good measure. While the ramen was good, it's far from being the best (or worst) in town. It's a good bowl of noodles you surely wouldn't mind purchasing and consuming, but this isn't a place I would readily suggest to a friend to try. It's a good place. The staff is friendly, the spot is clean, and you can get on the waitlist via Yelp. I wish I could give them 3.5 stars.

I have been looking forward to having Islverlake Ramen here in AZ. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, and it was fabulous overall. The broth is flavorful and has a nice depth to it. I like what is included in the noodles (bean sprouts, spinach, seaweed, pork and egg). My only criticism is the pork. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it can be on the soggy, mushy side. I also like for $20, I got an appetizer and a ramen. For my app, I like the pork bun and I personally like it without the sauce. The chicken karrage is also a good option. Nice to know I have a reliable ramen place in town!

I was so excited to go there, I know it is their soft opening and but I just had to try their ramen. I love ramen! We order appetizers: Edamames - Yummy and the Crispy Chicken Karaage - these were good but showed up we were half done with our noodles. All 3 of us got the Garlic Truffle Ramen with different toppings (A blend of creamy pork and vegetable broth, garlic, truffle oil, kale, mushrooms, black pepper, seaweed and seasoned egg. Served with thick noodles.). I got mine with chicken, added corn which came at the end. I had to ask for refills several times. The ramen was ok, but the soup was ok too was not the best. The staff is friendly but a little slow. It is new and shiney, clean and modern place.

They're located at the same place as Trader Joe's and Canes on University and Rural! It's a cute and cozy place :)Tried their truffle ramen and small karage chicken bowl, although it says small, actually small chicken bowl was good enough for quick and simple lunch. Chicken was crispy and the sauce was good!Truffle ramen broth was so good, but noodle was pretty much undercooked and sticking together... hope this was one time thingy!

Having been to Japan many times, I would say that this is genuine. Very rich broth, perfect pork chaSue, chewy noodles. I should have ordered extra noodles.

A little bummed they're sold out in the naruto promotion being shown all over on Instagram. Seeing as it is a Naruto first ever collab in the US as it claims. No substitutions or anything else being offered. The naruto promotion is supposed to be going on until July and they don't know when they'll get stuff back in stock. That was the main reason I wanted to try silverlake out.The combo deal is a really good deal but wish the soup was hotter. The soup came out luke warm. The soup and the Krispy chicken karaage was okay. The gyoza was my favorite amongst everything ordered.

Food was delicious had some ramen and sushi. The waiters were nice and friendly. It was a cool spot.
