This is a staple of ours while in the area. VERY popular with the south Asian tech core workers so lunch time is busy. Parking pretty good even with five guys next door. I usually order my regular twice cooked pork. It was great this time with really good sauce, not too much leeks, and service quick and friendly as usual. The hot and sour soup is a little too sour and unnecessarily spiced in my opinion. But many Chinese restaurants do great stir fry dishes with bad hot and sour and vice versa! Not a deal killer to keep me going back at times. The fried rice is as exciting as a usual lunch special serving.....They also do green beans and noodles pretty good too.

Food is okay tasting here - what I liked about it was the quick service and reasonably well priced menu items. Expect a no frills experience if you are looking to grab a quick lunch. Portion size is pretty good as well so you'll likely have leftovers if you order a couple of dishes. Don't think I'd come here out of the way but I can see how this can be a neighborhood staple if you lived nearby.

Lots of customers come for the weekday lunch combo that runs from 11 AM - 3 PM. For a price of $8.95 to $9.95, you can get a plentiful serving of a meat dish accompanied with either steamed rice or fried rice plus egg drop soup or hot & sour soup. The Twice Cook Pork (回锅肉) was no longer listed on the physical menu but I was still able to order it. The pork was thinly sliced and flavorful. The fried rice was scarce in the mix-ins of egg and vegetables. Complimentary tea is served too.I also ordered the following to-go to bring home and all were quite tasty:- Sichuanese Boiled Fish (水煮鱼) ($17.95)- Pork w/ Bittermelon (苦瓜肉丝) ($12.95)- Pork Intestine w/ Jalapeno (尖椒肥肠) ($14.95)The new Redmond location is spacious and has ample parking spaces. The staff was friendly and tried their best to be attentive. It was peak weekday lunch hour with two large parties, so service had some confusion but they were apologetic about it.

I was here again - for Sichuan food in the area I do like their food, I think the Sichuan dishes could have more peppercorns but overall a very solid menu and good flavors.I am a fan of their web-based ordering for takeout, easy and fast everything that it should be. You cannot enter in special instructions which would be nice.

Always enjoyed the food here. Used to go every week when I used to work close by. Every now and then I still swing by. Food taste just as good. Boiled fish, crispy chicken are among my favorite.

This place blows my mind every time I order. We have never dined in, so I can't speak on it. Take out has been perfect every time. We love the spicy crispy chicken, eggplants, and the beef chow mein. Everything is so good.So good and so hungry I forgot to take pictures of everything. Just my plate half devoured.

Recommend coming for the lunch special, it's reasonably priced around $15 including drink which is inexpensive compared to other restaurants. Also the food is great with ample portions.

Came in on a Sunday around 7pm. There was no wait. Service was fine. We ordered mapo tofu, string beans, and dried chili fried chicken. Flavor profiles were just totally off for all 3 dishes. We left a ton of leftovers at the table and didn't finish the dishes because they were just plain bad.We get Chinese food most Sundays, and there are plenty of other places that are much better in the area. You're far better off at Dan Gui.
