Food is good but that lady at the window always got an attitude and the prices change almost every week

They are definitely good especially the chicken and waffles , The jerk steak hoagie is great service is wonderful

Used door dash for delivery and the food wasn't great. In addition my frozen lemonade was delivered uncovered and melted. Called and was told the cups with the big hole in the center is what they use and it can't be covered and there is a recall on the lemonade they use so they made it with the syrup used for snow cones. Won't order again.

The food is is okay definitely not Taurus Flavor in Chicago on Stony Island where everyone and their Mama would stop to get a Sandwich...

Prices on the board is not the real price. The previous owner advised that he is no longer the owner, bs. They mess up your order after repeating what you order. They refuse to give you a refund. The young lady that was working advised that she had no training. They service is worst than Comcast. To the previous owner they still have your name and the food taste the same. Andddd the young lady didn't apologize for messing up the order that she repeated. There is no breakdown of what you order on the receipt.

I keep trying to support but Mann it's always something . They can never have a polite and respectful, attentive cashier . It's always someone who has no courtesy and could care less your spending your hard earned money. She talked on the phone the entire time . It was a upcharge on everything which was never mentioned until I asked. Paid $27 for two small hoagies and fries with mild sauce. Asked for an itemized receipt and she gave me a menu. Never again! They ended up refunding me everything because I had to comeback up there because my order ended up being wrong because SHE WAS ON THE PHONE THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME instead of talking to me like a customer

The food was very tasty. I ordered the fried chicken wings.... It tastes home made like someone down south made it lol. The restaurant was clean and I like the way ambiance of it as well. Looks like a laid back type of environment like they have a live band there or something... or a dj. The customer service was really good as well. Didn't take long to fix my food at all. I should have taken a picture of my wings cuz it was really tasty. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Tried to support this BOB. Initially steak sandwich I ordered with a few other coworkers, was good. It had everything I asked for including cheese. When I went by myself, I asked for a large steak & cheese with extra sauce & also cut in half. An older male, with saltnpepper hair, complained about me wanting it cut in half. He complained & I could hear him. He talked about how that was 2, 6". And how I was saving a dollar by ordering it that way. "We keep missing out on that dollar!" His exact words....all of this because I simply asked for it to be cut in half. So I ended up briefly having words with him. I heard the girl with the lashes, that works the register, say she was gonna talk to them about that. So when I actually looked real close at the menu, it was $6.99 & the large was $12.99. Even tho I was buying the large, he felt like I was getting over on them over $1. I left there angry. But ended up going back once for someone else & then because Popeyes was having an issue & they're literally next door. So I noticed they went up to 7.99 for a small. I won't patronize a business that will do this. It was done out of pettiness because a customer asked for a sandwich to be cut in half. This one can't be blamed on corona or anything. That guy was ready to explode. And then he drowned, I mean drowned my order in red sauce. If I could give less than one star, I would. $1 for the shugga shack...I'm not going back...no, not me Jack!
