Don't eat here unless you want explosive diarrhea the morning after, food tastes great but there is a sacrifice which is shitting your guts out the next day.

Great food and great service! We used to go to the other location in Westmont but this is much closer to our house. The Shree Naan was great. Their Chana Bhatura is always good!

Went on a Saturday for early dinner, I saw just couple of tables filled in. But by the time we were leaving families were pouring in non stop. I hardly go to a vegetarian restaurant but this place had so many great options it was stupid to ignore. We ordered aalu tikki and Thali with additional pudina laccha parantha. The server was sweet but lacked knowledge on menu items. Straight face and rushed. Food was average. Aalu tikki had channa and chutney. (Description in the menu says yogurt but there was no yogurt. It wasn't wow OMG but close enough. I was expecting a better tasting parantha but it was very dry and flaky so kinda bummer. I love lachha paranthas so I guess one has to mention to add ghee / butter for sure. My husband had thali and he wasn't happy. Like I said it was average.

Place gets four stars for ambiance and service. Convenient location. Live karaoke performance on a Friday evening. The food however can do much better.We had multiple south indian items - Medu vada, masala dosa, utthapam, regular dosa and stuffed paratha. They all lacked in flavor. The utthapam was served burnt. The potatoes in dosas had an odd taste.Our search for a decent south Indian place continues

Good ambience and probably the only Indian restaurant in Naperville serving pure vegetarian food. Loved the menu card design and various items on the menu. The staff is friendly and courteous. Good place for family dinner. If you are very hungry, I recommend the Thali. Good value for money and filling. The Chana Bhatura and Poori Bhaji is tasty but not a very healthy option.Not a huge fan of the mango lassi served here, it was not fresh and tasted like the packaged drinks you get in Indian stores. The Janeman dessert came across as an experimental dish, though served beautifully, is not something that you can enjoy and share with everyone. Overall rating it 4 as this place is different from the other Indian restaurants in the area and trying to do something different.

Pathetic experience.Went in for a dinner on Friday evening at 6 PM and were told that they only have the buffet and are not taking any orders. This was because their regular cook was out on some marriage party.Since we were short of time we decided to eat buffet. Almost immediately I realized that almost all food items were stale. I had some medical condition in next 4 hours. Advice to customers before going over call and ask if their cook is available or not.Advice to management better turn away customers and say NO rather than feeding them stale food.

Pretty good.It feels very new and clean inside. It has a chic design to it. The food is very good, but we want to go back for buffet.Note: the buffet isn't open on the weekends.

Great food buffet, the paneer was incredible. Especially with the naan and rice combo. The service was friendly and great. The atmosphere was clean and very nice. Comfortable seating as well.The management was kind and courteous with us even after we just slightly lingered after our meals after they were closed. We didn't feel rushed at all and they even let us know before they were taking the buffet food away in case we wanted a last bit of anything else.If you are interested in trying a vegetarian Indian experience, Shree is a great restaurant to do so, in my opinion. This has been the second time I have been to Shree and left very satisfied.Karan's hospitality was greatly appreciated.

I am a carnivore, but really enjoyed the vegetarian options here. Very tasty, and a nice quiet ambiance in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful with info to help me make good selections (as I am a diner somewhat ignorant about South Indian dishes). Give it a try!

Excellent food and service, Prabhu was very pleasant, prompt, helped us with lots of our carry out orders to the car. Authentic South Indian food. Highly recommend this place.
