Super-cute place with donuts, beer and hot dogs. Bonus points because they have veggie dogs, and they are treated just like the other dogs, meaning you can customize them the same way as the meat kind. A lot of places only offer one kind of vegetarian option, with no way to customize it other than the way it's presented, so I appreciated all the options I had. My poutine veggie dog was super-delicious and definitely loaded - plenty to eat. Overall, lots of different ways to customize your hot dog. I've included a partial photo of the menu. Also really appreciate that they have donuts and baked goods. I had to try the orange-pistachio donut. Kinda wished for a stronger orange flavor, but it's not like I didn't devour the whole thing all the same!Coffee and beer is available depending on what you're going for. Really fun space with a cute theme around dogs and a lot of humor around it.

This place has a really fun vibe. I love the uno card for the table number that is given for dining in. Inside is very open and spacious. The patio looked inviting but it was too hot to sit outside even with the misters going.I got there in the late afternoon on a Saturday and the donut case was pretty empty so I didn't try any donut treats this visit. I ordered the Lady as a burger instead of a hotdog and onion rings as my side. Both are really good. The burger needed both hands to eat and was messy just the way I like it. I love the size and breading on the onion rings. Perfectly cooked to order. All was very filling and I had to take what I couldn't eat home.I plan to go back for brunch to try the Dough-Cristo Sandwich or the Crispy Dog Breakfast.

One of my new favorite places in Phoenix! The staff was super nice and inviting and the food was some of the best I've had! I got the Coconut Thai donut and it was in the top 3 if not thee best donut I have ever had. If you love custard and chewy/fluffy donuts, you will love it. Based off the bake and flavors, I am sure their other donuts are amazing as well. The hotdogs are also so unique! I love the fact they are wrapped in naan (but I am also obsessed with naan so I may be biased). I got one with arugula and goat cheese, which was actually a little dry, but I appreciated the different flavor profile. There is plenty of seating with a lot of open space. My friend and I ended up doing some work there and we felt relaxed in it the whole time. But there is not much outlet space fyi.Their patio looks very fun and I heard they do a lot of events, so it would be cool to go back for one.Overall, if you are in the area, you need to check it out!

VIBES: 5/5FOOD: 4/5SERVICE: 5/5VALUE: 4.5/5I love this spot! Great vibes, a lot of room, and a decent selection of food and drinks. I'm actually not such a fan of their hot dogs, but their donuts are amazing--some of the best ever--and I loved my fried green tomato breakfast bowl I got from the brunch menu. They have free WiFi, lots of tables, a pool table, and lots of board games. Super fun spot--good for big groups or smaller crowds.

Yum! We recently enjoyed happy hour at short leash. There is a nice selection of draft beer and even more canned options. There's also several nonalcoholic beer options, which I really appreciate it!Fried green tomatoes are amazing and the poutine is solid. The fried cauliflower was a little sweet for my taste and the milkshake has sprinkles blended inside. Not my jam. The decor is adorable, with pictures of dogs lining the wall. The staff and owners are very friendly, we will definitely be back.

This was my first time experiencing Short Leash Hotdogs and Taproom. I've been wanting to try them out for a while and I finally had the chance to do so. I like this place, the style is so unique to match their style of cuisine. The service was good. I ordered the Chicago dog and fries and being from Chicago, I would say their Chicago dog is a modified version of a true Chicago hot dog. Instead of the traditional sports peppers, they put pepperoncini's on their dogs. I would also recommend asking for more mustard. Overall, the hotdog was really good and I'm eager to go back to try something different.

Love the vibes here with the fun artwork, funny shirts, live music, and the comfortable seating areas with games. This is a great neighborhood spot with incredible food. It was difficult for me to decide what to get because everything looked so good. I ended up going with the Millie, maybe because it was listed first? Anyway, it was fantastic. My friend had the Ollie which was also great. Oh my gosh and the fried pickles?!?! Some of the best I've ever had.My only suggestion is to consider a hotdog flight so guests can try multiple styles. I'm thinking two smaller hot dogs cut in half and on mini buns (mini naans?). I think this goes back to my FOMO of not being able to try everything on the menu.

What a perfect way to spend a Sunday morning- delicious doughnuts, $15 bottle of mimosas, live music on the outdoor patio. My family loved everything about this place! Popping in on a Sunday morning, we got the table with swing chairs on the back patio. We ordered delicious doughnuts and the $15 bottle of mimosas Sunday deal. For two hours, we sat listening to live music and playing Connect Four. (They have many board games inside and even a pool and fussball table.) Service was excellent!

Order at the counter, SUPER FRIENDLY service, grab yourself a craft beer, and boy do they have some tasty wieners. Had a dog and a pretzel with some queso on my first visit and man was it all good. That queso was addictive and the pretzel and dog were both fantastic. Will be back for sure.

Hubby and I had a hot dog weekend going to the best of the best. This hidden away gem was truly a great find. Artfully presented and carefully made, our meal had all of the flavors we were looking for. And can I just say that the Mac and cheese flight is not to be ignored. I loved the chili one, bacon but I especially loved the one with what I believe was green chili in it. Correct me if I'm wrong. And the pretzel bun was delicious with the brat. This has an awesome patio area to hang out on, along with a great seating area with nooks and crannies and don't miss out on the "dog walls of fame". When I'm in the area again I plan to go back. Parking is around back in a lot. Check it out and sit at the bar and enjoy your beer.
