Shorewood Grocery

Alright, I've now been going here for 5 years. You can't beat the convenience! When I am out of cream for my coffee, it's here... If I get an ice cream attack, I can come here. Quick wine fix, all here. I've even gotten fresh lemons of all things. Plus, I'm fond of the owner, even though he's one strange dude. So they've earned the 2 more stars. I would not go out of my way to go here. But I am grateful to have it as a resource near me!

This place a small, well stocked little grocery store located in the Shorewood neighborhood. It happens to be my favorite since it's right down the street and the owners are a couple who happen to be very welcoming and happy! Pop in sometime and check out the fully stocked candy isle, great assortment of cold drinks, or some naughtynaughty magazines if you are into that!

if you live in the general vicinity, shorewood rules, as there are literally no other stores with in walking distance and i'm right across the street. friendly owners, maybe a bit high priced, but that's what you get when you only have one place to go. cigarettes could be cheaper, beer is average or lower priced, and snacks are generally the same price as all convenience stores. note it's purpose is being convenient, NOT competing with target. also major major shoutouts to the lady who works in the mornings! i've known her for years and she's always great to chat with and super friendly. feel kinda terrible i don't know her name.
