I had such an awesome experience in your restaurant. My best friend was visiting from FL, we went out to celebrate her birthday with her husband and her Mom's best friend. The restaurant was inviting, very clean, and the wait staff were extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding the food selections. We tried many things, and were pleasantly surprised how great everything tasted. We first started out with Stuffed Grape leaves filled with rice split peas, onions, and herbs. The mixture of the many tastes delighted my senses. We paired our meal with a bottle of red blend and it complimented every single thing we ate. We ordered one bowl of the Ash Reshteh soup which consisted of lentils, beans, vegetable, spinach, herbs, garlic, mint, Persian noodles, and whey. It was so delicious and thick like a stew. It looked like split pea soup and my senses were so confused when I took my first bite. The mint added such a refreshing taste to the soup. We also had the Persian Herb frittata which had fresh herbs mixed with egg, turmeric, and garlic accompanied by small strips of soft bread. There were also condiments placed beside the frittata which had olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, and other spices to add.For our entree we decided to split the Combo Koobideh which had a skewer of lamb and a skewer of beef tenderloin. It was accompanied by grilled tomatoes, a beautiful slaw and a choice of rice. We decided on the Adas Polo rice which was so flavorful. This consisted of steamed white rice mixed with lentils, raisins & dates. It had a nice sweetness to it.We also had the lamb shank accompanied by Lucia Polo rice. This was a steamed balsamic rice mixed with seasonings, tomato sauce, beans, and ground beef.I'm looking forward to dining here again. I made the trip from WI to try this restaurant. It is located right around the corner from the historic Pickwick theatre in Park Ridge. We finished our wonderful meal with the Baklava dessert. The waitress was so nice and brought 4 pieces to our table. One piece had a little candle for my best friend's birthday. This was an epic.Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience.

So great to be back here! I came in 3 times this past February for their brunch buffet (which I was informed, is now discontinued...sigh)! So, I'm glad I came in for an early dinner last night! The food was EXCELLENT along with the service! Plus, I loved my table next to the front window of the restaurant, which allowed me to look out over the nice, clean and minimalist interior of the front dining room and the 3 - 4 other tables of customers! I was a bit disappointed that my favorite chicken dish (Fesenjoon) was not available, but was glad the Sabzi was (that dish was the first time I had it; it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The meat was so amazingly wonderfully tender and flavorful)! I will definitely be back once the Fesenjoon is available...I sure would hate to be forced to go to Noon O Kabab in Chicago for that!!!

Came here for an early dinner around 5. Had an interesting interaction with the waiter when asking for recommendations. He told us not many Asian people go there and proceeded to explain what we probably wouldn't like on the menu. Still, the waitress was very helpful and the food was delicious.Eggplant delight - didn't really taste like eggplant and overall very cheesyDill rice - very fragrant and tastyGround beef kabob - very flavorful and juicy. I think this was my favoriteBeef pieces kabob - very tenderChicken kabob - also juicy but less flavorful. Good with the sumac.Salads were all very tasty and tart mixed in with the rice and meat

Took our Chicago friends here last night and they loved it. They were surprised to find a good quality ethnic restaurant in the suburbs! They enjoyed looking at the pictures and descriptions on the digital menu but also having a server who patiently answered all our questions. Everyone was pleased with their meals and we loved the atmosphere of the room. Highly recommend going here. My favorite dish is the mini lamb chops. (I got the last set) The soup was hearty and enough for 2 or more to share. Sorry I forgot to take pictures of my friend's kabobs.

I love Joojeh. I have for years. I ordered a to go set of Joojeh kabobs and kubedeh. I went in because I wanted to see the inside and reduce the cooling time for transport as much as possible. The inside is lovely. The walls reflect noise when it is happening but the fact there are two rooms reduces the noise level I am sure. The server helped me out right away. I knew exactly what I wanted and bypassed the suggestions. She offered me tea and was friendly. The food made my car smell wonderful. The others cars and lights were not cooperating in my need to get home and dive in. So 20 minutes later, I arrived home and unpacked the bag and began eating. Unfortunately, it had cooked too much but the large container was microwave safe! 30 seconds later, back to temp and the euphoric delivery of gastronomy began. Just as I had hope. Joojeh was perfect. My wife said the dill rice was better than she hoped. Well done. The price was also excellent... especially for the amount of food you get! I will return. Iranian/Persian is one of my favorite cuisines.

So happy to find a good Persian Restaurant in the burbs. I usually drive to Albany Park when I'm craving koubideh and dill rice but was so glad to find this gem so close to me. I came here with a friend who never had Persian food before and she absolutely loved it. Everything came out fresh to order and the food was absolutely delicious. I love that they have cocktails there also! Definitely will be back again soon!!!

We are grateful for this unique addition to the local dining scene. The food is FANTASTIC. Various kebabs, the dill rice, even the little sides and garnishes, all are delicious and crafted with obvious care and expertise. If you're looking at the menu just for takeout, it may seem a bit pricey, but the quality is incredibly high, and you get a large quantity of food. Each entree makes three meals for me.The dining room is classy and warm, perfect for a date night. We can't wait to try the dine-in experience.
