Shawarma Time

Relatively new Mediterranean place in Bothell. Absolutely delightful menu. They have got one of the best Shawarmas around. Delicate flavors of the shawarma is incredibly good. Was pretty much impressed by my first visit and visited a few more times to try out their various options.Loved the falafels. Crispy, crunchy but scrumptious. The wraps are really filling. The meats are juicy and tender. Flavors are incredible. Most of their dishes do have generous potion size. It's a $$ place, but the food is value for money. Service is very decent, except the longer wait time for getting the food. Casual ambiance.They do have a few tables to dine in, but most of the orders were take outs including mine. Seen the food served for the dine in customer - it's quite artistically done on some special type of wooden plate/tray. Loved this new place. Hope they will improve the wait time for orders!

Honestly, I went in expecting better than it really was. Service was ok. Didn't have many people working. I noticed a few guys come in a few minutes after our friend group entered. They were on a smoke break but one of them came in, didn't wash their hands and put gloves on. Wasn't super sanitary in my opinion. The place itself is a decent size. Not space for more than 15 people probably. Now to the food. Food was pretty good, just not great or amazing. Portion sizes were generous and overall food was tasty. The fries were the best part. They made them crispy and they tasted really good!

We went to Shawarma time around 9pm on a Friday. We were excited because we thought we finally found a shawarma place on the east side that's open later than 7pm.We got a gyro plate and overall it wasn't bad, it just also wasn't great. The salad was small but not bad overall and the hummus was not good. We really loved their fries. We got the crispy fries and really enjoyed them. If we go back it will definitely be to try the gyro fries.Service/ambiance is what you would expect for a fast food type establishment, there was nothing that stood out good or bad from this perspective. However, one surprise is that they wanted to charge us for water - they wouldn't give us tap water. So if you get thirsty, but don't want a soda or want to buy water, bring a water bottle.The location is good. It's in the Thrashers corner complex so there's plenty of parking. There just isn't a ton of seating so if you have a big group plan ahead. They allowed us to move around tables to sit together which was nice.Overall, the reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because I think the food is good, not great, and when you factor in the price, I just think the value isn't there. I'm also still a little annoyed they tried to charge us for water.

I saw the great reviews on Yelp and knew I needed to try it! So glad I did! We got a few things to share so we could try a variety. We got the shawarma salad with chicken, beef and lamb wrap combo, appetizer hummus and appetizer falafel. Wow! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Really generous portions, I couldn't believe how much chicken was on the salad. The sauces are all really tasty as well. Definitely will be a new spot for me. Service was quick and friendly although it was just takeout.

I had lunch there today during their Grand Opening for this location. I must say that this is absolutely the best beef shawarma meat I have ever had and I am a big fan of meat shawarma. This was the Real Shawarma that was prepared and cooked the authentic way as if I was in the Middle East. My sandwich was amazing. Also both of the Humus and Falafel were delicious and very authentic. They served free fresh made desserts today that were truly out of this world. I am so glad ti have a real Shawarma place close to me. The owners and staff were also very friendly and extremely nice.

Very fresh salads, sides, and maza. I loved looking at the array of colors in the prep area. And I can't believe this quality of food is being served in this little strip mall. We tried the chicken shawarma plate. A generous potion of beautiful rice covered with chicken, freshly cut from the spit. A fabulous garlic sauce spooned on top. A very fresh salad, lovely humus, and pita rounded out the plate. It was presented on a wood board. Pretty, but a little awkward on the small tables. We also had the maza plate. In addition to a nice serving of salad, it included humus, baba ganush, a couple falafel, 3 dolmades, a couple of garnishes, and a warm pita. Can't wait to try more things on the menu.

Absolutely amazing food. It wasn't a surprise to find out that all of their spices are shipped from overseas from authentic herb sources. Best Shawarma I've ever had! The recipe and food ingredients sourced from their original point of origin makes a huge difference. This place is amazing! Great ambience and service. Everything was clean and organized. Even the bathroom was beautiful which is just a sign of how meticulous the chef and owner of the restaurant must be about everything they do. So glad I found this place, it is amazing!

Went there the first time with family and all I can say is.It was a bit smokey so I wish the ventilation was better. As customers included my family - coughed due to it.However, the food was great and overall didn't feel like slipping and sliding when walking; therefore, clean.Parking was in a shared parking lot with plenty of spaces.Would come again and recommend if you like Halal!

Honestly don't want to have to give this place a bad review but the truth is the truth. I had the beef and lamb shawarma and it was probably if not definitely the worst Shawarma I've ever had. The meat was tasteless no favor at all. Only thing I can taste on the whole thing was the Tahini. And the portion size for almost $15 bucks after taxes is ridiculous. Sorry but I will not go back

Food tastes good but portions are small and it's way overpriced! Haven't tried all the items on the menu but the rest of the family agree on how small the portions are.
