My wife and I frequently visit the Seattle area and are always on the lookout for good food.According to Yelp, this restaurant has an above-average rating, with over 2,000 reviews and an overall rating of 4.3 stars. This suggests it should be good. I'm a KCBS Certified BBQ judge and BBQ caterer, so I know my BBQ. I judge BBQ primarily on how well it's cooked. The rub is very subjective, but perfectly cooked meat is universal.We arrived around 5 and were seated immediately. It was still Happy Hour for drinks and appetizers. We ordered Pulled Brisket Tacos and the Texas Double Smoked Burnt Ends.The appetizers arrived quickly. The tacos - there were two with a decent amount of meat on them. My wife really liked them. I enjoyed them but was hoping for more. The Burnt Ends - Burnt ends are made from the "fatty" portion of the brisket. They have a distinct flavor and look - these were not from the fatty portion. When perfectly cooked, they're mouthwatering and extremely tender. These were neither. They were hard and a bit chewy. I also don't think they were from the fatty portion of the brisket.My wife and I shared the Roasting Works BBQ Platter, which includes St. Louis ribs, organic 1/2 chicken, smoked brisket, scratch mac and cheese, tamarind slaw, and street corn.Ribs - not terrible. They were cooked okay but had the appearance of being reheated. The rub was unusual but not bad. My wife didn't like it.Chicken - cooked perfectly, with a light smoke flavor - very enjoyable.Brisket - I'm not a fan of shredded brisket, but it was okay.I didn't try the slaw.Good service - overall no major complaints but was expecting a little more.

A group of my friends and I came around 10PM and were seated immediately. Restaurant has plenty of space and tables, ideal setting for large parties. We ordered: Texas Double Smoked Pork Burnt Ends - Yummy bite sized pork all topped on cornbread. The cornbread was hard to scoop out, but the pork bites were good.Bar Boss Bourbon BBQ Pork Nachos - These were my favorite appetizers. Nachos were loaded (as they should be) and still tasted great towards the end of our meal. Roasting Work BBQ Platter - Ribs were good, but expected it to be more tender. Chicken alone was okay, but with the sauce elevated it significantly. Mac n cheese was delicious and only wish there were more haha.Service was friendly and very accommodating for our party. We were able to have our entrees split family style. Would definitely opt to try the brisket mac n cheese entree next time!

Came here for dinner and some drinks. We were greeted right away and sat at the bar. The ambiance was nice and we got to see the bar and the smokers where they make the brisket. Artyom was our server and he was very attentive. We ordered some pulled pork fries for our appetizers which were delicious. We also had pork burnt ends which were also delicious and there was cornbread on the bottom. The double smashed American burger with pulled pork fries was also good. The burger was a good smashed burger. Definitely coming back here to try other items!

Came here because I was craving a burger! The server was super tentative to us. He mad good recommendations and was also very welcoming! The restaurant itself had a very family and homey vibe which was nice since we were all from out of town.I ordered the Billionaire's Bacon and Hass Avocado burger. With fried and a side of ranch. I am so big on a good house made ranch! And this one did not disappoint! The burger was perfectly cooked! The sourdough bread was also a great touch. The fries also taste so good being dipped in the ranch. My friend ordered the Salted Carmel Apple Strudel and he let us try it. I don't really reach for Apple desserts but this was undeniably delicious! I was so impressed!

Great food and service was very good. We split a buffalo chicken Mac and cheese to create a side and still had lots to take home. Also a slow spicy burn that catches up with you. French dip was a big sandwich and fries were good. Had to ask for the garlic aioli I ordered with meal. My son had the double smash burger and I don't think he came up for air as he inhaled it. Must have been really good. Local wines and beers. Highly recommend for the area. Would go back.

I am always excited to go to Sharp's Roasthouse. They have phenomenal pasta made on the premises and delicious smoked meats. Their drinks are always fun. The servers are always attentive and the vibe is like a sports bar with a very nice restaurant with a neighborhood vibe all mixed in one. Always get the Salmon pasta. It's fantastic and my absolute fav. Their smoked pulled pork fries you can't go wrong with. Their burnt ends with cornbread is incredible as well.

Ambiance was laid back decor. The food I ordered was very tasty and the salmon was delicious and moist. I ordered the Sourdough Pasta Salmon entree. The absolute highlight of my Seattle dinner was the EXCEPTIONAL, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE service provided by Andres. I had questions about some menu items and he answered all my question. Very knowledgeable! Andres followed up with us throughout the dinner. Very attentive but not overbearing. Andres's positive personality and professional caring enhanced our dining experience. Andres is an asset, please thank him for me.We dined here the night before our Carnival Cruise on Memorial Day and because of the fantastic customer service provided by Andres and tasty food would dine here again and definitely recommend.

Our server Eli did a great job facilitating exquisite care to our large part. We were an obnoxious and very needy table that split the tab 7 ways and brought our own cake. Eli handled everybody with patience and care, couldn't ask for a better server!
