Wow this burger is what I needed in my life today. So big I almost couldn't finish it, paired up nicely with their fantastic onion rings and a Nutella shake. My wife had a stadium burger and an almond roca shake, both of these were wonderful too. Also I totally dug the vibe. The owner said they found many of the decorations at a bowling alley, but it sure didn't feel like it, it just had that classic diner feel, I can't wait to make my move to the area and eat here regularly.

My husband and I were in the area and I really wanted to try this place out. The interior is retro but looked great! You order your food at the counter then can go find a seat. The employees we had encounters with were super nice! I liked that they had an updated payment system so you can pay with even your phone. I ordered a single classic with cheese plain and a basket sized fries. My husband ordered a jumbo smitty and a small order of tator tots. The portion sizes for the sides were a lot so that was nice. My burger was a bit flat and the bun tasted like flour but otherwise it was fine.

The burgers and fries here are tasty! I got a vintage diner vibe walking in with all the bright colors and furniture. We ordered the following:Mushroom Swiss Burger for $8.99 Single Classic for $7.49Basket of fries 3 Sauces: Umami Bomb! Garlic Mayo, and Truffle AioliTheir burgers come with a brioche bun, which is very soft. I loved the Mushroom Swiss Burger. It was LOADED with mushrooms. The sauce in the burger was also very flavorful! The only thing I would suggest is making it a double with the patty to balance out the mushroom-to-patty ratio. Their patties are pretty thin. My husband had the Single Classic and it reminded him of a Big Mac. The fries came out very crispy and fresh. And the sauces were made with love. I would highly recommend the Garlic Mayo if you are a fan of garlic. I enjoyed that the most. Service was good. There was only one staff member, but she was nice and welcomed you as you walked into the restaurant. It's a good place for a quick bite.

A couple folks had recommended this spot to me and I was really looking forward to trying it! I ordered online for pick-up and after arriving, I was bummed I decided on takeout because the old school diner vibe of the restaurant was really cool and fun. Parking was difficult - looked like street parking only, and most spots were taken as it was the afternoon on a workday. The service was super quick even though it looked pretty busy, though they did forget the regular fries I'd ordered. I didn't realize till after I got home though, and honestly the burger was so delicious I wasn't even mad. The patties are thin so the double was the right choice for me, and it was seasoned to perfection. Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had! I also enjoyed the chili cheese fries, which were large enough to share (lucky me). I can't wait to come back and bring my friends from out of town here.

I don't know how this place has mediocre ratings because it's SO GOOD! I order the double cheeseburger with onion rings and they never disappoint. I would argue they have some of the best burgers in Tacoma. The interior makes you feel like you're in an old diner back in the day! I always order to-go so I couldn't comment as much on service but they're always friendly when I order out. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a hearty cheeseburger!

Classic burger and milkshake spot. I really enjoyed my food and if I'm on that side of town, I'll probably stop again. The wait for our food was a little long, but nothing that would keep me from coming back since everything tasted pretty fresh. The restaurant has an old diner feel and is counter service.

Continuing the age old search for a good go to burger led us here after a movie at the Grand. I had the single classic without secret sauce and my husband had the mushroom Swiss burger. We split a large fry and jumbo hot fudge milkshake and our daughter had the kids chicken strips. My burger was really good! It was cooked well, the veggies were crisp and the bun soft. I am glad I only got the single and shared a fry because I was stuffed when I was done. My husband really liked his burger too and his only comment was that it had a bit too much mayo. Our daughter, predictably, barely touched hers but that is more about her being a toddler. We all really liked the shake as well. The theme is fun and the staff nice but what I really liked was the huge windows looking out over the street. It was fun to eat and people watch.

Stood at the order station for about 10 minutes waiting to order. Wasn't that busy, roughly 3-4 groups already seated. The lady that took our order was horrid, had a shit attitude, and acted like she could've cared less. I've never been in before but have ordered off of Uber Eats. The food is amazing, as well as the shake menu and variety of flavors. The restaurant itself has a nice mood/theme to it, but won't be back in the future.

Way too long to wait for mediocre food. Food is fine. The wait though. It doesn't matter if you come at 11am, 1pm, 3pm or 6pm, plan on waiting 40+ minutes for burgers and fries. I believe in extending grace, for all employees, especially in the Covid wake, especially as they juggle online orders. But I want to be transparent in my reviews: every time I eat here I regret it.
