Ok, so a lot of my friends love this place so I finally decided to try it. First of all, I was visiting from Hawaii and we were killing time before our flight back home. Went to Southcenter in Tukwila and spotted it in the food court. Boom! I decided to eat there and decide for myself. I love the crisp of the juicy burger and the flavor. I can't remember the name but it was some kind of Korean umami burger? It was good! And the FRIES!! Crinkle is my favorite and it was piping hot! Ooohhhh! I'm going to go back next trip back to Seattle.

Located at the food court on the second level, this shake shack is popular! There was a long line of people waiting for their orders when I was there. I always love the smoke shack burger which came with bacon and the cherry pepper. It was the perfect blend of salty bacon and a bit of spice. The burger was juicy and delicious! It took about 10 minutes to get my order. Not too bad as I had waited for 30 minutes at the shake shack in NYC before. Note: there is a bag fee for take out.

It's my first time having Shake Shack so I have no basis for what it should taste like. We got the bacon cheeseburger, shake stack, and some bacon cheese fries. Both burgers were decent, had enough flavor, and were a decent size. The bacon was not as crispy as we would have liked. The wait was about 15 minutes. We heard that some people waited a lot longer. The staff seemed confused about the orders, which probably contributed to the long wait. The only reason we considered going here is we get credits from our credit cards. Otherwise, I don't think we'd rush to eat here.

Tiny portions for the price. It's like a kids burger. Flavors were ok for the Veggie Shack I got. Super busy so there is quite a wait. The cashier took down the wrong name so we thought our order wasn't ready when it was. My biggest issue is just the size, like it's laughable how small the burgers are

I love their burgers; super good! The lines are long, but once you're done ordering the food comes out at a fair pace. It's located in the Southcenter, the mall itself is busy so lots of people. So expect a long line if everyone at the mall wants Shake Shack that day.

So far the food has been good. My very first order was a veggie burger and cheese fries which was different from other places I've had in other burger places .The 2nd was a crispy chicken burger and cheese fries. I do suggest to order online so you're not waiting in line too long .The one thing I do have a minor issue is when I go to pick up my food the associates are not always paying attention to customers picking up orders . So for the two times I did go there I would have to wave them down . When I try to get their attention it looks like the are just walking around .
